Well then, this is awkward. Not only am I waiting patiently with the man I had saved from being severely bullied for our food to be served, it seems almost every person in the restaurant is watching us intensely either to my looks or the disbelief of the contrast between me and Fernando. I chose The Mara's Place for it's relatively cheap selection but I come to regret the decision realizing that this place is the desired hangout spot for most of San Anton's residents. As much as I wanted to ignore them and try to wait patiently, it seems Fernando's thoughts aren't exactly as welcoming to these people just as much as mine. "(Fernando)I really wished that this Marcus wouldn't have convinced me to eat with him. Oh well, it's not like this is worse than where I was a while ago." We just sit around in awkward silence for what feels to be forever, then Fernando starts to speak first, "Hey Marcus, I appreciate for what you did to me, but you didn't have to let me distract you.(He chuckles weakly) Come on, I'm pretty sure you have better things to do."

The "everything was alright and you seem to be busy" excuse that I would use was being made by another person that used to be like me. It hurts to know what he must be going through like I used to as well. I sigh, "Don't worry about me, Fernando. I was just an upstanding citizen protecting another person from being hurt, so you don't have to be stressed near me." Even with that, he doesn't feel positive about the sincerity of my words. Time passes, we finally get our meals, we chat a bit more about each other, and we start to warm up with each other. He tries to pay for it, but he forgot his wallet at home that leaves me to use my family's money, but I don't mind. If anything, I'm glad that I managed to make a friend at all on the first day in my "new" life.

There's still quite some time left in the day by the time we leave The Mara's Place, but I realized I had to help Father with reorganizing the house furniture before he gets home. "Hey, Fernando," I say, "it was fun to hang out with ya, but I need to help my father with a few things soon. See ya later!" I wave as I walk away towards the route to my home. Turning my back, I can hear Fernando say, "So is this what Marcus is like? I thought he was just like those other rich bastards, but he is a good person. I think I may have made a friend for once." Yeah, me too Fernando, I made a friend for once as well. The streets are busy because of rush hour, but I make good time through the city to make it home. Yet passing near the street near another school in the district, I can hear a few people's thoughts hanging out towards the other end of the street sidewalk. "Who is that man walking over there? I don't think I've seen him at our school.", "Sad day when another school kid comes to our school thinking he can just walk by." It seems I'm not welcomed coming around to this area since I'm not one of their own, so I pick up my pace and reach home in good time.

Turns out when you have a body that is almost perfect in ever way as you see fit, tasks that might seem impossible before seem extremely simple and easy so moving a few pieces of furniture is no hassle. I have so much time left over, so I decide I should meditate for the time being before I prepare dinner. My room is the best place for me to concentrate on my powers and consolidate on my well-being, yet I yet to understand the abilities I gained when I fought "Prince" Zeke that I didn't notice until then.

I will need to make note of this the next I get into another fistfight, and I'm assuming that there will be plenty of those in the future.
