Alot had changed since kensi and deeks had told the team about their relationship it was there 6 month anniversary and kensi had news that would make deeks crazy
They pulled up to a fancy restaurant kensi in a short white dress and deeks in a nice suit and tie, they both cleaned up fairly nice even if kensi was reluctant to dress up. They say at a booth and ordered dinner kensi was staring off into the distance and was giving one word answers if any at all "earth to kens" Deeks waved a hand in front of her face "sorry deeks I just have a lot on my mind" she finally looked at him he grabbed her hand and looked at her "what's wrong" he rubbed his thumb over her knuckles "Deeks I need to tell you something but I really don't think here is the right place" she looked down at her lap hoping he couldn't read her expression "then let's go take a walk on the beach" he stood up not letting go of her hand and pulling her along side him. They walked a while in silence both trying to gather their thoughts until kensi broke the silence "Deeks I need you to promise me something" she turned to him looking down at her feet in the sand "anything" he brushed the loose hair out of her face "I'm going to tell you something and I-i need you to tell me the truth about how you feel about it ok?" she asked looking up at him through her eyelashes "go for it" he smiled reassuring her "Deeks i-i uh I'm" she paused biting hard on her bottom lip "I'm pregnant" she looked up quickly to see his reaction but quickly looked away in fear "no way!" he put his hand under her chin and lifted her head so she was looking at him, much to her surprise he had a smile on his face "kensi you have no idea how happy that makes me, I mean of corse I'm scared but hey we have each other and if me leaving is what your afraid of sorry princess your not getting rid of me that easily" he smiled and kissed her passionately "I love you" he pulled away to look at a blushing kensi "your too good to me" she pulled him into another kiss "I love you too" she whispered
