The League of Villains had a plan in wait. To destroy the pride of the Symbol of Peace, they would plan to kidnap one of the students and turn them over to their side. As they watch the heroes despair in misery they will use the opportunity to finally take down All Might!

Yet, before they could enact their brilliant plan it seems there is a problem to overcome first.

After the mall incident, the kids were in the dorms hanging out. Midoriya Izuku was in his room packing for the training camp they will go to soon.

In the middle of packing though, his phone rang. He lifts his head, surprised. He gets up and walks to pick up his phone.

Is mom calling me right now? But I already called her earlier today, maybe it's All Might? But why would he call me now anyway?

He looks at the caller ID and sees it is an unknown number. It continues to ring. He wonders if he should just ignore it or if he should pick up and tell the caller that it's the wrong number.

It continues to ring and worried that they might just call again if he does nothing, he picks up.

"Hello?"

"Hey Shigaraki, what's going on?"

Midoriya froze. His muscles tensed, his hand lifted to his neck. His breaths became labored. Without thinking he responds, "Nothing much man, what's going on with you?"

He flinched. Why did I do that? What if I'm found out? Should I tell Aizawa-sensei?

Before he can do anything else though he hears the voice speak. "I'll tell you what's going on. I just got an email about the budget. It's supposed to be fifteen thousand, now it's ten thousand. I'd like to know what the hell's going on?"

Midoriya's eyebrows furrowed. Budget? Villains have a budget? Wait, maybe I should try and get more information out of this guy and tell the heroes about it. His eyes widen as he realizes what he just thought of.

What? No! Why am I thinking about impersonating a villain just to figure out about a supposed budget? It might be a trap!

...But if it isn't, this could be valuable information.

Midoriya decided if he's going to do this, he will do it right. And then report it to Aizawa-sensei.

Okay, focus, focus. I am Shigaraki, there's a budget, it's fifteen thousand now it's ten thousand. No one's happy about it, okay. Go with this, go with this.

"Ten thousand? It's supposed to be fifteen thousand!" Midoriya got into his role as much as he can. Hopefully it works and he can extract some useful information.

"Well yeah, I just got an email. Now it's ten." The voice responded annoyed.

"Hey I don't know what to tell you man. I'm out right now, I haven't even seen the email."

The voice shouts back, "Are you behind this?! Did you send it out?!" Woah, okay. I didn't think someone would treat Shigaraki like this.

"Listen bro. The budget was fifteen thousand, we had a couple extra expendages it went up to sixteen two. I reworked it, got it down to fourteen seven, we had three hundred to play with. I called it fifteen, I sent it out." Midoriya let out a sigh hoping it would work.

"Yeah, well now it's ten!" The voice screamed.

Oh my god that worked! Midoriya clutched his chest pale and nearly shaking. Tears are already gathering in his eyes as he tries not to freak out too much. Stay focused, stay focused!

"Did Kurogiri okay this?" The voice asked exasperated, as if Midoriya even knew what was going on.

Now he's throwing Kurogiri at me, he breaths and responds, "Listen, I took it to Kurogiri. He said it looked fine, but I knew it was my ass on the line so I ran it by Midnight just in case. She said it looked good so I sent it out."

"YEAH, WELL NOW IT'S TEN!" Midoriya nearly combusted on the spot.

Bringing up Midnight was risky and yet the voice just brought back to the amount, which he is thankful for since he just referred to a pro hero. Clearly the voice hasn't even spoken to the right people.

The voice calmed down and continued talking, "Listen man, what are we going to do about this?"

Midoriya responded tiredly hoping to just finish the call now, "Bro, I'm out right now. I haven't even seen the email. Why don't you call Kurogiri, check in with him. See what's going on, give me a call back."

He hopes that the voice might just call him back, as this conversation wasn't that informative. Maybe if he does call back he'll give it to Aizawa-sensei.

"Listen, why don't we wait 'till you get back, you check the email, you call Kurogiri, you call me back."

No way was Midoriya going to give up now, "Nah nah bro, Kurogiri know way more about this than I do. Give him a call, call me back.

"Okay." The stranger hangs up.

Midoriya explodes with euphoria. He was able to somehow have contact with a member from the League of Villains without being too much at risk and maybe if he's really lucky, the same person will call him back.

He proceeded to save the number on his contacts as Random Guy. Sure he could put him as Member of League of Villains, but that would be suspicious if anyone saw. He exhales a sigh of relief. For now, he'll ignore it and do nothing.
