It had been a month since Illusion's disapperance, Alastor hadn't stepped foot in the hotel because he knew as soon as he did, Husker's blood would be on his hands. Only a week ago did Melody join him in his search, the female was the only one who could convince him to rest.

His shadows still scattered across the pentagram searching everywhere, only two weeks ago did they find one of Illusion's hair elastics by an old warehouse, from there the trail was dead once more. Whoever had her, moved her often or at least seemed to. The trail always reaching a dead end.

As of right now Alastor trailed down the streets with Melody who held his arm keeping a sharp watch on him, hoping he wouldn't breakdown, it was something he did often since her disappearance, he'd start crying out of no where. He was worried sick. And at this point he was worried his little angel might even be dead.

Over the few weeks Illusion had figured out where she was and why she was there, a old scruffy looking demon had ordered someone to kidnap her simply for the purpose of having more slaves and maids, she was quickly taken under the wing by a blind female, who she quickly learned was named White noise.

She noticed the female got batted around a lot but for a blind woman she was very graceful, when she wasn't with White, she was hiding somewhere cleaning, the best advice you could get was keep your head down and do as your told, your not as noticed if you listen.

Cleaning wasn't the only thing Illusion did, she'd cook, she was forced to sing, which quickly killed her former love for music, she was also forced to do other... things... but she wasn't going to talk about that, they weren't bad but being forced to listen to someone demand her to call them Daddy upset her, White did her best to keep Illusion out of the man's sight, he started deeming her as his daughter, and no one wasn't unaware of what he did to his living life's daughter, the poor soul died at the age of 14.

White Noise knew very well she had to get Illusion out. And she knew that it would be hard to do with the fact she always had work, it made her more desperate because she could hear Illusion crying in her sleep just across the hall in her cell, always sobbing out for her father. It pained her dearly to listen to such an innocent child go through something so traumatic.

As of right now Illusion was desperately trying to lift her cot to lean it against the wall so she can look out the window, she let out a whimper as her arms burned as she slowly lifted it, her tail curled close to her body as the cot made a soft "thud" against the stone wall.

She would slowly crawl up before peeking out the window, her eyes gazing around, bars were on the outside but she could see a dense and the small shape of the city far down the road, she wasn't that far, if she got out maybe she could run back and get help.

Just then the cot slid from under her and she fell she hit the ground roughly her broken horn scraping down the wall before she let out a painful cry, she instantly heard White noise call from across the hall. "Illusion! Honey are you okay?" The worry in her voice was as thick as her British accent, the same static noise that you hear from a TV that's sitting on a broken channel laced in her voice, which was where she got her name.

"I-I-I'm okay... Just fell..." Illusion stuttered out as she tried to calm her small cries, she wanted her dad, she wanted to go home, shadowy mist formed around the small girl as she slowly turned into a small mist. As she curled up. White noise frowns softly before she began to hum a soothing tune, but it quickly changed to singing as her ears perked up.

"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away

The other night dear, as I lay sleeping
I dreamt I held you in my arms
And now that you're here, my dreams are waking
And I will keep you from all harm

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
But, please don't take my sunshine away

I'll always love you, and make you happy
I'll pick you up when, when you've fallen down
You turn the sky blue when it is raining
You always keep the sunshine around

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away"

As she sang, Illusion slowly calmed, she listened to each word as she gazed at her hands, once she stopped she smiled softly, "Thank you White." She says softly. The feline across the hall hummed in response, "get some sleep my dear. We got a busy day tomorrow." She says softly.

Like White said they did have a busy day, cleaning the entire house, which the house wasn't exactly a house. It was more of a mansion, Illusion got stuck with a female named Evon, she looked absolutely numb as she worked, they were cleaning the kitchen which was covered in grease, whoever did it yesterday didn't do it right.

Illusion hated the silence as she opened the window before heading back to work, unaware of the dark shadow that noticed her open it. A loud shriek came from the window as both Evon and Illusion gazed over. "...Daddy's Shadow!" She perked up as it looked her over before it shot out racing back towards town.

Someone was going to pay... one way or another...
