I woke up the next morning, making my way to the dining hall. Before I could reach though, I heard a loud yell.
"UWAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!", it was so loud it made me jump in fear. I sprinted the rest of the way and found Hiro and Makoto near the entrance, looking terrified.
"Hiro, what's wrong!? I heard a scream!"
"L-Look!", Hiro's finger shook as he pointed...to Hina on the ground holding her shoulder, while Genocide Jack stood over her with a huge grin.
"H-Hina!!", I gasped., running up to her and checking on her shoulder. She had a small cut, but nothing serious, thankfully. "What happened!?"
"Sh-She killed her... Genocide Jill killed Hina!"
"No no no no no! She's not dead! Open your eyes! No way she's dead!", Genocide Jack pointed with her scissors, cackling.
"What the hell happened...?", I snarled.
"Well, Toko and Hina... Just all of a sudden, they were yelling, and then they knocked the pepper off the table.", Hiro explained.
"And that led to a sneeze...?", Makoto asked.
"Her giant balloons are a little too perfect, aren't they!? I might be flat, but at least mine are real! And look at my shapely collarbone! Doesn't it just totally set you on fire!? Anyway, you totally non-adorable boys just get her outta my sight, okay? Or else... I'll start cutting. And cutting, and cutting, and indulging myself for who knows how long...", Genocide Jack warned. I turned to her with pure rage burning behind my eyes and soul. I got up from Hina's side and pulled out my knife. I walked right up to Genocide Jack, the serial killer looking a little too happy to see me, but the feeling wasn't mutual. I grabbed her shoulder and sliced the shoulder, slightly deeper than Hina's. Genocide jack quickly backed up and tried to take a swing at me, but I dodged and grabbed her wrist kicking her in the chest and watching her fall to the ground. This time, *I* was the one standing over Genocide Jack.
"Go take care of yourself. But not in the nurse's office. I see you there, and I'll do more than that...", I turned and made my way to Hina, telling the boys to come help me take her to the nurse's office. Genocide Jack's psychotic laughter followed us out of the room as we carried Hina away. By the time I finished taking care of Hina's injury in the nurse's office she seemed to have finally regained her composure.
"Are you sure you're feeling better?", Makoto asked.
"Yeah...it really was just a scratch.", Hina muttered.
"But still, that was super close! If I hadn't yelled out, you'd be dead right now! It's all thanks to me, ya know!", Hiro grinned.
"Yes, well, a thousand thanks to you, sir."
"So sarcastic! That just makes you sound even MORE hostile!"
"Hey, Hina...what happened?", I asked.
"Oh, um...we just got into a [fight] . And I lost my temper, and flew off the handle...", Hina admitted.
"Let me guess...the fight was because of Sakura?", Makoto guessed.
"At first, I tried to just ignore it. If you let jerk buttholes get to you all the time, you'll never have time left to live your life. But she just wouldn't let it go. So I just... Without thinking about it, I felt like I wanted to punch her a dozen times!"
"A dozen punches isn't really "without thinking"...", Hiro mumbled.
"And when things got out of hand, Genocide Jack got let loose. Right?", Makoto concluded.
"It's my own fault. But I just...couldn't take it anymore. Because... Because...! Because she was saying all these terrible things about my friend, ya know!?", Before I knew it, Hina's eyes started welling up with tears. And just as the tears were on the brink of spilling over... the door to the nurse's office burst open. I thought the door was gonna fly off its hinges. And there she stood before us... was Sakura.
