Meeting after long time

After 7 years

We see a young man sleeping in the bed peacefully with his trusty partner Pikachu as always. Our hero Ash ketchum has come from Alola after becoming champion 2 weeks earlier.
Delia: Ash, Wake up!!! Otherwise you will be late to go to professor's lab. You are going to Vermillion city today. Now, wake up.
Pikachu woke up after listening the call for Ash and he sees that Ash is still asleep.
Pikachu(smirking): Pikaaaa......
Pikachu thunderbolts Ash and he jumps two feet up.
Ash: Aaahh......!!
Pikachu(laughing): Pika pika chu...
Ash: Very funny.
He sees the clock to see that he has to be at professor's lab by 9 am. He then remembers he will go to Vermillion City today so,he gets excited as always and goes to shower and get ready. After 25 min, he goes downstairs.
Ash: Good morning mom
Delia: Godd morning honey, I have made eggs and bacon for you.
Ash(happy): Thank you mom, you are the best.
Delia: Ash, have you packed your bag pack??
Ash: Yes mom, I have and I am very excited to go to Vermillion city again.

They had breakfast and then,left for Oak's lab.

At Oak's Lab

Ash: Hi professor Oak!!
Oak: Ash my boy, you are exactly on time.
Delia: Good morning Professor.
Oak: Good morning Delia, How are you doing??
Delia: I am fine. How are you??
Oak: I am good as you can see. So,Ash excited for the trip??
Ash: Sure, I am. But I want to know who is Prof. Cerise??
Oak: He is an old student of mine. He moved to Johto 7 years ago but now has came back here. He has opened a new lab and today is ita opening.
Ash: Okay,Ready buddy??
Pikachu: Pika pi ka

During the drive, Ash becomes very excited to see a lots of pokemon.
Ash: This place is great and has different type of pokemon.
Oak: Sure is.

Timeskip to Cerise's Lab

Cerise: Ren, Chyrsa; be prepared guests will be coming very soon.
Ren: Yes prof, we have checked each and everything.
Cerise: Good, you know where is Chloe??
Chyrsa: She is upstairs,waiting for probably Goh.
Ren: She is always after Goh, I don't know why & Goh is always searching pok for catching them.
Chyrsa: Maybe Chloe has a crush on him.
Cerise: It sure can happen after seeing Chloe always with Goh.

Ren was about to speak but the doorbell rang and they see that Guests have started coming in.

Upstairs

Chloe(slightly annoyed): Where is Goh?? He is always late. I think why my dad asked him to become lab assistant.
Yamper(barks): Yam....

Chloe then receives a message at her rotom phone and she reads it. She gets annoyed after reading the message.

Chloe: He is like that only, always has something to do when he has to go school. Why I have a crush on him??

Then, she goes downstairs and sees his dad is busy with guests, so she started to walk to school.

Outside the Lab

Oak stops the car in front of the staircase that leads to the lab and told Ash and Delia to got outside the car. Ash being Ash started running towards upstairs while Delia waits downstairs for professor to come.
Ash: Mom, I am going upstairs.
Delia: Okay Ash, But behave youselves.
Ash: Mom!!

He then is in the middle of the staircase to see a yellow dog like pokemon.
Ash: Who is that pokemon??
Ash then, points the pokedex to that pokemon and gets information about him.
Ash: So, this is a Yamper.
He bends that the pokemon but Yamper uses discharge on him. He got discharged and fell on stairs meanwhile, Pikachu starts playing with Yamper.
Ash(sighs): Looks like someone is better than me at making friends.
Chloe sees Ash and shrugged it off and continues to go school. Yamper follows her to school.
Chloe(thinking): He looks like a freak. Who would lay on stairs like that.
She then went to school.

Timeskip to evening

Chloe enters the lab to see that all guests had gone. Then, she enters the room to see Ash and Goh with professor Cerise, Ren, Chyrsa.
Chloe: Dad, who is this??(pointing towards Ash)
Cerise: He is our new lab assistant. He came with professor Oak. He also provided some useful research things on Lugia today, so I asked him if wants to be our lab assistant.( while Ash is listening the conversation silently)
Chloe: Hi,I am Chloe Cerise.
Ash(thinking): She is the same girl whom I saved from being tackled by Growlithe when I was young.

Chloe waves her hand in front of him that brought him out of his thinking.
Ash: Oh sorry, I am Ash ketchum and I want to be a Pokemon Master.
Chloe: Okay.Dad, I am going to do my homework. Tell me when you got free.
Cerise: Okay.
