This was a special ocasion. You'll ask why? Well it was the sports festival of the UA. Where the civilians and heros could look at the future heroes in action.
A few days before the festival our human brocoli was asked by neza to sing at the sports festival and izuku agreed.
THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL
Present Mic: HELLO EVERYBODY! LET'S START BY PRESENTING THE CLASES. THE MOST PROMISING CLASS OF THE FIRST YEAR, CLASS 1-A. THEN WE HAVE THE AMAZING CLASS OF 1-B! AND THEN WE HAVE CLASES FROM C TO H WHO DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT WE ARE SURE THAT THEY WILL DO SOMETHING IMPORTANT IN THE FUTURE! ....... NOW OUR PRINCIPAL WILL SAY SOME WORD TO ALL OF YOU!
Neza: Well, thanks everybody for comig here. For this year we will have somebody that will sing in both the first year and third year tournament, but before lets make the dancers and the band enter the stage -the dancers and band enter the stage-. Now,... presenting Izuku Midoriya from class 1-A! -When she finishes she points upwards and everyone looks up and see Izuku in his dragon form.
Then he does this.
(just focus on the dragon. Izuku does't fly out after the final scream)
Everyone was amazed and a little bit scared but then the dragon transformed into our protagonist and he was wearing this.

The red lights are green and his eye is glowing green.
Everyone was shocked from the way he looks even Ryukyu who was in the heroes vip seats.
