It's the morning after the mission. Valentino and his team left shortly after we threw Roman Miles into one of the cells in the mansion and Valentino also threw a few punches at him for being one of the reasons why his two main enemies haven't been taken down yet. Elijah agreed to help Valentino when he calls for him.
It's a step closer in having Celestina feel more safe in this city after what happened to her in her past, she's refused to step foot into Chicago. Her brother on the other hand, Rafael still has a fear of this city but he still came here knowing it'll be a step closer for his sister to feel safe again.
