Day after day garnet and pearl fused into sardonyx and eventually amethyst and Steven gained suspicion. So they went to investigate

Me Steven and amethyst were watching the tv again and static came for the 9th time this week

We go back to the tower again

They were about to fuse until amethyst interrupts
