Handy x Affectionate Reader

                       (Y/n's POV)

(Yes I am Aware that Handy already has Petunia. I just wanted to make a Handy x Reader Story for you guys 😊)

I was reading a book at my Mother's house, she insisted that I go there because she wanted me to be at a place with a lot of peace, for her house is always quiet and peaceful. She made me tea like she always does, and we talked for a while...As we finished up our conversation, I grabbed my things and put them in the bag I took with me to help carry my valuable things better,
I then waved goodbye to my Mom and left the house. While I was walking, I grabbed my phone from my bag and checked the time, Shoot...it's 6pm, no wonder why it's getting a bit dark. I began to speed up the pace from how I was walking originally, I soon started running. 'Why am I running? Why am I Running!?' I thought to myself twice, I broke out of my thoughts when bumping into something or someone, I was already running so I was panicked by what I bumped into, I began to stumble and soon lost balance, ramming my back into a wall and fell to the ground. I immediately got back up and ran a random direction, which so happened to be into a small building with 2 stories near the woods. I ran inside and shut the door behind me. Breathing fast, I rested my head on the door...

I Heard loud banging from the door I was resting on, I moved away from the door and backed up, I got on my knees and Hands/Paws, trying to find a weapon to look threatening and possibly get them to leave me alone, but I found nothing...The Door soon flew open to see a figure who seemed to be slightly taller than me, but they were too shady to see "Don't hurt me!" I cried out, covering my face "Huh? I'm not here to hurt you at all." The figure mumbled out as if something was in Their mouth, coming into the dim light of the building to reveal an orange like beaver with a construction hat, and what caught my eye was that..he had no arms...He's Adorable!! I soon saw that what he had in his mouth, it was my bag! I must've dropped it when I bumped into that wall earlier, I stood up and walked closer to him "Sorry I was banging on the door, I didn't mean to frighten you, it was extremely hard to open it with no hands." He apologized "O-Oh! No worries! It's totally okay, I understand! Thank you so much for returning this to me!" I responded "Your Welcome! I wanted to return this to you as soon as possible so you wouldn't forget it!" He mumbled, I took my bag out from his mouth, smiling sweetly. He smiled back, his smile makes me so happy, I hugged him without second thought. He attempted to hug back, but realized he had no arms, he grumbled angrily. He's so soft, and cuddly, and warm. I didn't realize that I was hugging for too long, I nudged myself off of him "Ah! Oh, I'm sorry! M-My name is Y/n!" I said, lending my hand/paw out to him so he could shake it, but immediately put it back down when I realized he had no Hands "Nice to meet you Y/n! I'm Handy! Kinda funny that my name is 'Handy' and I don't have any hands...ugh, it's like some disability." He introduced, but scoffed at his own name "I think your name is special...Your name is Handy, and you don't have any hands, but your still amazing at doing 'Handy' Work, I wouldn't call you having no Hands a disability, I'd say it's a different ability. Even people without things could do more things than others can, you can still do other things that others couldn't possibly learn to do. Your a very good and sweet Beaver Handy, and that's what I love about you. It doesn't depend on what you look like, or what your name is, it Depends on the heart and how pure it is." I finished, he was blushing intensely and his smile became wider "N-Nobody have ever said any of those things to me before. Usually I would just be teased for having no Hands, but you...You are different, you actually brought happiness to me from all that you said. If I could hug you with the warmth of my arms conveying it to you, I would! Thank You Y/n, You have a Good Heart." He Thanked me, trying to reach in for a hug, I speed up to him and embraced him with all of the love I can imagine giving him. I rubbed my cheek against his shoulder, feeling the soft warmth of it, he giggled and snorted, so Cute!!! "Sorry if I'm getting a little carried away, I'm very affectionate." I said "Hehehehe!! Don't worry about it, I love that about you!" He replied "Oh wait! Do you want to be friends?" I asked, chiming in "Yeah!!" We then cheered. I pulled a paper and pencil out of nowhere and wrote my number down, and taped it on his hat, but not too much tape "That's if you can use a phone." I said nervously "I can manage! Let's meet again tomorrow, yeah?" He asked, I nodded. We said our goodbyes and left the building...
