Yes I said boyfriends. I grabbed my bag and draped down to the basement. I settled myself there and sat up in the bed. It was just a simple room with just a bed, a sink and a mirror. I flippe out my phone and checked my timeline on twitter. I was a very anti social girl so I didn't have that many followers but I still had three friends. Liberty was one. Then I had Jade. She was the first person I claimed to be my best friend. We met at a gas station, believe it or not. Our mums had to refill their gas tanks and Jade and I were left alone at the shop.

I was browsing through the food they had on the shacks and Jade happened to be there beside me at that time. She was using her earpiece listening to some old song I couldn't recognise.

"And it makes me feel like I'm in seventh haven with you-u-u.. With you-u-u.. Yeah," she sang and continued to do so.

"Lets talk about you and me. Lets talk about you and me. Lets talk about you and me-e. lets talk about you and me!" I sang as a background music.

She looked at me with a smile as we sang as acapella. We had the perfect pitch. It was just like a scene shown on the movie 'pitch perfect' where Audrey force Becca to sing in the toilet naked, except, we weren't in the toilet and naked. We ended with a perfect sharp G note. We smiled at each other.

"Hi. I'm Jade. You have a wonderful voice." She acknowledged me.

"I'm Allison. But you can call me Ally. And thanks. You too!" I admitted. She had a damn good voice.

"Jade, we have to go sweetheart." Her mum, Mrs Brooks, stepped in. Mrs Brooks smiled at me and waved. I managed a half smile and waved back t her.

"Here. Have my number. We'll text later 'kay?" She informed while scribbling a few numbers on my hand with her pen that she had in her pocket. After that she waved me goodbye and left with her mother. And I left with my mum.

I laughed at how we met. It was pretty weird that singing brought us an everlasting friendship. My other bestfriend I have is Perrie. We weren't actually bestfriends but sworn enemies. We hated each other before we even talked to each other. Then we had some kind of oral practice and the question to talk about was ourselves. Perrie and I were partners. Once we started talking, we couldn't stop. We got to know more about each other . That's where I'd finally got the saying right. Don't judge a book by its cover.

I smiled to myself at all the good times. I've never thought it would change. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.....
