Alex's POV
"Benji hands off Alex." Dundee says.
"No can do Dee." Benji laughs and they bring me to a bank. My computer lags and then it boots me from the game. Thank goodness. Deciding to not log back into the game.
I get ready for bed and my phone rings. The caller ID says 'Lauren🥰' (The streamers name who plays Riley Carter in GTA V).I smiles a little before answering.
(L: Lauren, A: Alex)
L: "hey buddy. Why didn't you log back in?"
A: "Benji ish scawy.."
L: "well I guess I might just have to talk with him then. No one is going to act scary to one of my children."
A: "Nu! Nu tell him I wittles!"
L: "oh honey. I won't tell him if you don't want me to."
A: "otays..an don't tell Karl I wittle either! I pwomise him I stay big tonight.."
L: "who's Karl?"
A: "my bestest fwend at skools! He a daddy too! Maybe he Wanna take care of Awex.."
L: "that's great that you met someone who's a daddy. I don't think he would have a problem with wanting to look after Little Alex. Little Alex is an adorable little boy."
A: "weally Wauwen??"
L: "yes really. Now it's late little one. Are you ready for bed?"
A: "mmhmms. S'eepies now."
L: "good. I'll stay on until you fall asleep."
She stays on as promised and as soon as she hears the soft snoring from the small boy, she smiles and whispers goodnight before hanging up. The next morning..let's just say it all goes downhill.
I wake up in a bad mood. I don't want to go to school, I just want to stay home and be in my pjs with Mr.Rabbit. Maybe I can..My dads aren't home so who would notice? I laugh a little at my evil plan then get back into bed. Soon after, I'm back asleep sucking on my thumb holding mr.rabbit. Then there is a knock on my door.
I jump a little but hesitantly open it. I gasp when I see Karl. "Little boy..why aren't you ready for school?" He asks and gives me that disappointed caregiver look.
"I didn't want to go.."
"I know some days are like that but we have to go. We missed the bus but I can drive us honey. Let's get you ready okay?"
"Fine..but I wear your hoodie.." I grumble out.
"Whatever my- Whatever the adorable little grumpy puppy wants." He ruffles my hair and slips off his hoodie before handing it to me. I giggle and then run to the bathroom to get ready. After putting on the binder, a new t-shirt, jeans and Karl's hoodie I smile. I look very happy for the first time in a long time.
I walk out and Karl coos at me. That only makes me blush. "Oh so cute baby boy." He says with full admiration in his eyes. Ryan never looked at me this way. Karl's hoodie is oversized on me. It reaches mid thigh and the sleeves are very big.
"I a Fwoggy now!" I giggle.
He smiles and replies, "The cutest Froggy."
