A/N, so another life update after not updating this story for a while. I had a good summer, I got to see Phantom of the Opera and Hamilton, that was amazing. I spent time with my friends and it was great especially now since I have more freedoms. I start college tomorrow, so that's kinda wild, and that also means updates will be even slower, but again, I refuse to discontinue this story. Might close requests tho, I feel bad when I can't always get to them.

"You seem nervous." Momo had always been perceptive and straight forward, which was why she noticed her boyfriend had been a bit skittish all night, even throughout dinner he seemed nervous about something. Although, she couldn't exactly tell why. He was rarely like this especially in recent years, there had to be a reason.

Todoroki looked over to her with a small laugh as he tried to relax by leaning back on the towel they put out to sit on the sand and watch the sunset.

"Do I really?"

"Mhm, it's like you're hiding something from me. You barely even looked at me during dinner, and on the walk here you didn't talk. Is something wrong?" It wasn't at all what Momo thought it was of course, she assumed that even after years of dating and even having spoken about marriage before that he was going to end things between them. He wouldn't do that though, there had to be another reason. Maybe he had to go on a particularly dangerous mission, or leave the country for a little while, something like that.

"No, nothing is wrong. Everything is perfect, actually." He stood up, taking his girlfriend by the hands to help her up as well, a skeptical look in her onyx eyes. Although that skepticism quickly changed when Todoroki went down on his knees and pulled out a black box which contained a rather large emerald ring, two small diamonds on either side.

"And I believe everything would be much more perfect, if you said yes?"

With a small gasp of excitement, the young woman nodded and breathed a 'yes' before the ring was slipped onto her finger. Todoroki stood up and quickly wrapped his arms around her with another laugh alongside Momo's.

The two simply sat together afterwards, watching as the sun finally went down under the water. By tomorrow surely the news would hear of two of the top heroes becoming engaged, but for now they enjoyed the peace.
