"So Corbyn is gonna pick up Ivy from band practice, you pick up Fern from her journaling club, And I'm picking up Indi from cheer which will give me ten minutes to get over and pick up Hazel from her friend's house in time for us to all make it to mom's for dinner." I look up at Finn as I rinse my toothbrush out. We are getting ready to take the girls to school so I'm going over the plan with him now since he has work right after he drops off Fern and Hazel. We've been switching off on who I have lunch with everyday. Today I'm having lunch with Corbyn. I wish I could decide what to do so I wouldn't keep stringing them both along like this.

He looks up at me furrowing his eyebrows and sighs. "I thought I was picking Ivy up from band? It's on my way to pick up Fern." He huffs. "Well Corbyn asked if he can pick her up. They wanna go to Dunkin for coffee before they head to mom's." I shrug, fixing my hair in the mirror, but I can see him kinda roll his eyes behind me. "I'm glad someone freaking told me." He walks off and I stare into the mirror frowning.

What the hell? Finn has never acted like that before. He has never rolled his eyes at me. I sigh, leaning against the counter and close my eyes trying not to cry. Why does everyone turn all weird when they get with me. Do I just break everyone after they have been with me for a certain amount of time or something??

Why is this happening.. I slowly sink to the floor sniffling, trying to calm myself down.

I know I seem dramatic but I can already see what's gonna happen now. After everything that's happened I'm just trying to get my life in better order and I just wanna find a way for everything to turn out the best way possible for everyone involved without anyone getting their heart completely broken. It's not just me, Finn, and Corbyn that I have to think about. I have to think about the girls and how it will affect them. I know Ivy and Indi are old enough to understand that one of them will be leaving and they understand that there's a lot of feelings involved. Fern I know is gonna be mad if I choose Corbyn, she understands that it has to be about who I love and who I see more of a future with but I doubt if she would ever be happy if I did choose Corbyn.

As for Hazel that one would be difficult. She has lived with both her parents all her life. She has never been away from either of us and has always had us together, not to mention she's so young. I know she would survive, I know she would get used to the new normal...

I sigh, slowly getting up and walking out to get this day started. I breathe out heavily as I walk out to the kitchen. "C'mon girls time for school." I smile softly not showing that I'm upset. I help Hazel with her shoes and backpack and then take them all to the car.

"Say byebye to daddy and Corbyn." I giggle Abit as Hazel waves bye.

"Bye Daddy! Bye Corbyn!" She giggles happily as she gets into her car seat and I help her buckle In.

Both Corbyn and Finn have jobs that require them to be there Abit earlier and so I take all the girls to school then they just help with picking them up.

I work from home on my own schedule which is awesome.

After I drop all the girls off I text Zach to see if he's busy today. He says he's free today so I invite him for a mommy get away day at the spa which he happily agrees to.

I smile, driving to his house. I hum along to the radio as I wait for him. I think it'll be good to get away for a while. I think he said Lavender has been a handful lately too. I'm so glad we aren't teenagers anymore because man it was hard back then.

I breathe out thinking about all the fun times we had in highschool.

*Flashback*

"C'mon it's about to happen!" I giggle, grabbing Zach's hand and pulling him to the cafeteria door. We both cover our mouths to silence our giggles. This is why it's bad for us to do anything together because we just can't seem to do anything without laughing.

He grips on my arm breathing in. "I'm so excited..." He bites his lip watching and I shake my head.

In front of us his crush, Jack, walks across the cafeteria. I helped Z set up a
something for him and now we are just waiting for him to find it.

Zach tilts his head watching closely as Jack opens up his lunch bag. He pulls out his sandwich and his drink and whatever else he has and then slowly pauses seeing the envelope at the bottom of the bag. We watch as he looks around in confusion.

One of his friends asks him something, probably what he's looking for but he shakes his head, probably just waving them off.

He slowly pulls the envelope and reads.

It said "Dear Jack, I know this is a weird way to say it but I think you're really cute and smart. I wish had to courage to tell you In person but maybe one day I can..? Love, Your secret admirer♡"

He looks around again before getting up and leaving the cafeteria.

*End of flashback*

I smile remembering. Jack didn't find out it was Zach until a month, twelve more letters, a couple dozen roses, and one failed attempt at a banner later. Its weird to think about back then. Zach being so shy and awkward around Jack and now they are married with two kids and if I remember correctly they are even talking about a third one soon.

Good luck to them.

I can't help frowning as I think back to when it was simpler. Before all the guy drama, I mean yeah there was drama and crushes and such but I kinda miss when it was just the four of us lounged on the couch. Just Corbyn, Jack, Zach, and me on the couch watching our favorite show or some random movie we all decided on.

Before everything got complicated and I had to worry about six other people's hearts and feelings.

I sigh staring at the steering wheel not sure what to do.

Hey guys. Sorry it took me so long to get this chapter out. I've had such bad writers block.

Not only that but Im having a hard time coming up with ideas. I know where I want the book to go I just can't seem to figure out how to get there. I really wish I could decide on what to do with it for the next couple chapters because I really need a couple filler chapters. Hence the weird moving stuff and the random long thinking parts as well. 😂😂
