SUPRISE CANON CHAPTER: Flames

"What the hell was that Karl."

"Techno I-"

"She was my twin flame. So why did she die and I didn't? Why was she taken from me, Karl?"

"Quackity made a deal with Schlatt, it must have altered your bond, I'm sor-"

"That shouldn't be possible!"

The two men stood face to face, a frightened brunette stood in front of the pinkette, tension filling the air. Technoblade stared at the time traveler for a moment before an idea quickly popping into his grief stricken mind.

"She is an anomaly Techno, she shouldn't even exist anymore. She wasn't supposed to be one of the main characters. She was here once before."

"Karl, with your traveling... Can you see into various timelines where she would come back?"

"You just ignored what I said."

"Just answer the question!"

"Well- I mean yes but you know that every time I travel I lose my memories, Techno."

"But you can find her, yes?"

"Well I mean yeah, but-"

"That's all I needed to hear."

Techno held his sword out in front of him, squinting his eyes at Karl, a large grin crossing his lips, "Track her, every step of each life she has until you are able to get to her, and give her to me."

"I can't! I won't be able to remember-"

"Then I will make you remember."

Grabbing his wrist harshly Techno carved your name into Karl's skin, a hiss of pain escaping the brunettes lips as he ripped his arm away from Techno. "What the hell, man?!"

"Now, you won't forget." Techno grinned, as he turned away from the man, throwing a look over his shoulder to the brunette, his smile widened.

"If you fail to get to her by her twelfth life, I'm going to take matters into my own hands. Remember that."

Karl clutched his hand to his bleeding arm, worry swirling through his mind.

Techno approached Sapnap, a grin upon his face as Tommy entered the room, Juno and the baby piglin in his arms before giving the pinkette a firm nod. "Set it ablaze."

With a final glance at Techno, Sapnap stepped forward and placed a single hand upon the ruined building, and almost immediately, the surrounding area burst into flames. The group of them exited the building, Fundy was in Tommy's arms now, Juno and the baby were running away from the building, far, far away.

Screams soon started to resound from behind the walls of the burning building, causing Tubbo to wince slightly. The group stared at the building as it came to life with flames, the heat blazing high up into the sky as children's screams rang out.

Angry herds of footsteps alerted the group, causing a slight panic as each of them looked from each other. "Bad," Commanded Dream as he looked at the demon, "Portal time." With a silent nod, a dark portal ripped a hole in the fabric of reality as the footsteps neared.

"Go without me," Grinned Sapnap, "I will hold off these fuckers as long as I can"

"Language.." The boy's dad whispered softly as he watched his son stand tall with pride as the kingdom guards neared closer, the group quickly filing into the dizzying portal.

Bad began to step into the portal, "C'mon Sapnap!" He yelled, causing the boy to falter, and in that moment the guards struck, and they pinned Sapnap to the pavement.

"Bad! Come on!" Yelled skeppy from the otherside of the portal as he harshly grabbed ahold of the demon's arm, and with a firm tug, pulled the demon through the other side of the portal, causing the portal to close.

And there, pinned to the pavement was Sapnap, as the fire roared loud, but the screams of the children inside roared even louder.
