Yn pov
I shivered as I felt cold water drip on my forehead. I was laying on a cold hard surface. I slowly opened my eyes. I frantically sat up when I saw a familar sight. This room..ive been here before. Flashes went through my mind of the last time I was here. Shizuka starved me for days I thought I would die in here. Yn:" No..No! Not here again!" I went to get up when I was forced back down. There was a chain around my ankle. I roughly pulled at the chain. Yn:" Not here! Let me go! " I continued to roughly pull at the chain. The door flung open. There stood Ichiru. The last time i saw him in this room i was so relieved to see him. He was my only hope. But Now I didnt know what to feel. Anger, betrayal, confusion fear? Yet also relief. All these years i didnt know whether he was alive or not. All these years I spent missing him. Ichiru kneeled in front of me. He handed me a cup of blood. Ichiru: " You need to eat." I slapped the cup from his hand. Yn:" What I need is for you to get me out of here." Ichiru sighed. Ichiru: " It's not that simple. I'm loyal to Shizuka. " Yn:" Loyalty what about your loyalty to your brother , to me?" Ichiru: '' You have my loyalty. I would never let anything happen to you. As for Zero that's a different matter. You dont understand. " Yn:" I do I heard everything you told Zero. Shizuka killed your family. As well as my family. She took me and Zero's humanity. At some point both me and Zero are gonna become level Es." Ichiru: " I won't let that happen to you. I can't tell you now but there is a way to stop it. I promise I'll take care of you. " Ichiru tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. Yn:" You may hate Zero for not fully consuming you when you were infants. He didn't consume you because he loved you Ichiru. Your so lost." Shizuka: ''Well here's a little bit of dejuavu." Yn:" How long are you gonna keep me in this shithole Shizuka?" Shizuka: " Relax Yn I just needed you here just in case my compulsion wore off again. I just need to do a little touch up on you then we can continue our work. "

Zero pov
I was looking out the window. Watching the snow fall to the ground. It's been weeks since Yn was taken. I've been helping Kaien and Toga search for her but everything has been a dead end. I was so worried about her. I just want her back. Kaien:" Staring out into space again? Can you make yourself useful and stir the soup." I sighed. I walked over to the stove and starting stirring the onion soup. Kaien started chopping up the veggies. Kaien:" Ah shit! Zero hand me a towel." I grabbed the towel i handed it towards Kaien. The smell of his blood went into my nostrils. He went to grab the towel from me when my grip tightened on it. Kaien:" Zero?" I watched his blood drip on the floor. I couldn't take my eyes off of the blood. I was so hungry. Blood blood hunger hunger flesh flesh. After that everything else was a blur.

Kaien pov
I went to grab the towel from Zero. He wouldn't let go. Kaien"Zero?" That look in his eyes. He was lost in the sight of my blood. I tried to snap him out of it. I think of Zero as a son. I'm not letting him turn into a level E. Kaien:" Zero!" Zero's eyes turned red. His fangs came out. He grabbed my wrist and sunk his teeth into my arm. Kaien": Zero please don't make me use force! Stop!" Zero didn't listen. I grabbed my knife and stabbed him in his ribs. Zero screamed and fell to the floor. I grabbed a sedative from my pocket. I grasped the needle. I was hoping when I stabbed Zero it would have snapped him out of it. But he looked up at me with those bloodlust eyes. My blood dripped from his mouth. He licked his lips. He lunged towards me. I dodged him I wrapped my arm around his chest. I stabbed him in the neck with the needle. Then I injected the sedative in him. Kaien:" It's gonna be ok Zero. I'll find a way to save you."

Zero pov
I slowly opened my eyes. My eyelids felt so heavy. I saw Kaien and Toga standing over me. I went to stand up but I was pulled down by a pressure on my wrist. I was chained to the wall. Zero:" What the hell!?" Toga: " Calm down Zero." Zero:" I'm chained to a wall and your telling me to calm down?!" Kaien kneeled in front of me. Toga:" Don't get too close Kaien." Kaien:" It's fine Toga. Zero do you remember what happened? " Zero:" I was uh..helping you cook dinner then.." Flashes went through my mind of what happened. I felt sick. I lost control. I tried to hurt the man who took me in. Zero:" Kaien...im sorry." Kaien put his hand on my cheek. Kaien:" I understand Zero. It's not your fault." Zero:" Kaien...I dont want to lose control again. You.. should put me down." Kaien quickly wrapped his arms around me. Kaien:" Don't talk like that. It's not gonna come to that. We'll figure this out."
