Clearly, I need to stop promising to update this book twice a week, because I'm not doing a good job of holding myself accountable to that. I'm sorry for the lack of updates. Life has been very stressful lately, and I haven't had the time to update. I swear I'm trying, and I will try to get these chapters out when I have the time to. In the meantime, enjoy the new chapter! Glam on!

With Ibuki's band blowing up in popularity, she was finally performing at more venues that were accessible for all of us to attend. If any of us had the availability to support her, we would, and tonight was the first night in a while where all of us could go together.

Chiaki and I took a break and sat at the booth while everyone danced out on the floor. I couldn't keep my eyes off Nagito, who danced with everyone having the time of his life. Sonia managed to sneak her way in and come with all of us. I played her some of Band Aid's album after club activities one day, and she was instantly hooked. When we told her we were all going to see her live, she demanded she and Gundham joined us. Everyone was excited, as the more the merrier.

She and Nagito danced, talked, and laughed all night. I was happy the two of them were able to hang out like this, as it also gave me a chance to catch my breath. I didn't have nearly as much energy as he did when it came to dancing, and I was the one who worked out every weekend.

"Sonia is a lot nicer than I expected based on what he's told us about her parents," Chiaki commented. "I was worried she was actually manipulative and only seemed nice on the outside. I'm glad she's just as pure inside as Nagito is."

"They love each other. They're the closest family they have. For a while, she was the only person he considered family. Now he's at the point where he'll sometimes call my parents' mom and dad."

"Let's hope no one gets the wrong impression."

"True," I exhaled. "But he finally has people he considers a mom and a dad. I will not take that away from him."

"You're a good boyfriend," she said. "I bet if you two wore matching rings, then people might understand why you both call them mom and dad."

"Is this all an excuse to get me to buy us a pair of rings?"

"I'm only saying," she giggled, holding her hands up. "I bet it would also make him very happy."

"If he wants me to buy him a ring, I will, but for now, we're content with how we are. Now, if anyone is going to buy a ring anytime soon, it's going to be those two," I said, pointing over at Kyoko and Makoto, who slow danced together to the heavy rock song playing. They rested their foreheads against each other and kept their eyes closed, smiling as they talked to each other.

"Are you willing to make another bet?"

"If it's on who is going to propose to who, we already know it's going to be Kyoko to Makoto."

Chiaki nodded in agreement. "When do you think she will?"

"Once she feels she's in the right position where she can marry him, just like she did with dating him," I replied. "All that matters is that they're now finally dating."

"And that you owe me twenty dollars."

"Can you at least wait until my next allowance?" I chuckled.

Scanning the dancefloor, I cooed at Komaru and Toko, who both danced the same way Makoto and Kyoko were. Komaru took the lead, wrapping her arms around Toko's waist and rested her forehead against Toko's. Both girls had their eyes closed as they slow danced to the heavy rock music.

"Like brother, like sister," Chiaki commented. "You can definitely tell they're Naegi's."

"I'm happy she found someone she can be happy with. She told me there aren't many queer girls at your school."
