TODAY. I am ready to start my fitness challenge.

I supposedly started my fitness challenge about a month ago. (FAILED)

I AM starting and finishing strong from today!

I am going on a cruise in about two months and I am MORE than ready to have the body I am craving for!

Fitness Goals: 

Flat stomach

Weight of 120.

Toned Arms

Toned Thighs

Bigger Butt.

Toned stomach (Not necessarily abs)

To become stronger.

More Arm strength.

Current:

Weight of 154.

Arms not toned.

Thighs not toned.

M/L Butt

Stomach not toned (Fat over)

Decent strength.

Decent Arm strength.

BIGGEST GOAL:

Reach it in 2 months. (60 days)

How I am going to do it:

Excercise

Healthy Eating.

Excercise: Yoga, Cardio, Pilates, Tae Bo etc;

Healthy Eating: Portions!

WATER! (I am EXTREMEMLY DEHYDRATED ;()
