Alright Divas! Lets kick this hard!
I am NOT going to lie, I wanted to GIVE IN at Subway. My sister held me liable.
Here are some simple tips!
1) Download Motivational fitness pictures on your phone, tablet, and/ or computer.
(When tempted look at it and turn away)
2) Download Fitness Quotes. This one got me through today!

Also''Suck it up now so you wont have to suck it in later''.
We got this! Day 1 of fitness challenge, hard but pulling through!!
Im thinking about doing Yoga before going to sleep .mhm.

I found it a little easy SO I am also incoporationg other small challenges as well.
A Round Butt challenge also thirty days. Very easy to find these.
IF I can juggle those two I MAY also incoporate a(n) arm excercise as well.
