This morning I had a protein omelet, protein smoothie,and fruit!

My omelet had three eggs, celery,3 slices of cheese, chicken,pepper,and salad tomatoes.

My protein smoothie had strawberries and Apple's in it,with a handful of powdered sugar.(If not it is sour:(  )

I had water too!

A orange as well.

Had a Apple for a snack

Lunch:

Had a Fit subway foot long.
Flat bread with sweet onion teriyaki,  spinach,onion sauce,Onions,Lite Mayonnaise.

Dinner:
