I am currently doing the following:
"Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred"
"30 day Squat Challenge"
"30 day Bikini Body Challenge"
The last two are fairly easy. Example:
Squat Challenge-First day: 50 Squats, Last day 250.
Bikini Body Challenge: First day:5
push ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 sit ups,10 squats. Last day : 60 leg lifts, 30 squats,30 push ups.
Very simple.
The 30ds (30 day shred) is the most time consuming (27:00 ) . Also the most focused as well.
Why do the others you ask?
I feel that the JM30DS (Jillian Micheals 30 day shred) is very easy and isn't intense. I need some extra intensity to reach my goals faster and smarter.
Mind you, I am only on my 4th day. Let me not front,at times those crunches and push ups are hard as heck. BUT I'm used to it,due to me being in a running club a little while ago.
ALSO....
I am using a body wrap (A.K.A Waist trimmer),It's a large band you wrap around your problem areas and it shrinks it!! Googe it for more information. Perhaps that is helping me as well, I wouldn't wear this at night, I do wear it to school, around the house,and definitely while exercising. Just not at night,or while eating.
REMEMBER

I personally have had head on experience with dehydration. It's not fun,you run into things,almost faint,get migraines,stomach cramps and the feeling of vomiting.
I felt all of the above! I beg you lease drink up! You know you have enough when your urine (pee) turns clear. I have downloaded a(n) android water app known as" Water my Body" . Has been keeping me on track,telling me how nuch water I have to Drink a day,for my weight,age,and height.
