(2 Days Later)

Kenzo and Issei were called up by Kiba. They walked towards the Occult Research Club but Kiba seemed to be a bit hurry so they walked fast towards the Old Building.

When they arrived Rias looked relieved that everyone was inside. 

Rias: Everyone is here good.

Grayfia: My lady, may I have your permission to speak openly.

Rias: Let's hear her out.

Suddenly a magical circle appeared inside their club room, fire came out of the magical circle.

Kenzo: 'Godamn it, he's here isn't he...'

A man came out with blond hair and a rug look.

Riser: And Riser has arrived in the human realm. I've come all this way to see you, my beloved Rias.

Issei: Ok, who's this douche

Grayfia: This gentleman here is Lord Riser Phenex, he is a pure-blooded devil of noble birth. Third Heir in line to the House of Phenex.

Issei: And that means what?

Grayfia: He is also the fiance to the next head of Gremory.

Issei: Fiance to what??? You're joking, right?

Grayfia: I am not. Lady Rias has been engaged to Lord Riser for quite some time now.

Issei: They're getting married!!

Riser: Lovely, the tea prepared by my Rias's Queen is most delicious.

Akeno: Thank you for the compliment, Sir. 

She bowed and had a strained smile on.

Issei: 'What an fucking asshole, no way is he going to marry Rias.'

Kenzo: 'Damn this man is a douche.'

Riser began touching Rias around, which made her uncomfortable until she couldn't take it anymore and stood up.

Rias: That's enough Riser, let it go, why don't you understand it, I have no intentions of ever marrying you.

Riser: But my darling, Riser believes that your family circumstances are still such that you cannot afford to be so selfish. 

Rias: I will not bring my family to ruins. I have no intention of denying you, your right to our name, however, let me be clear, my husband will be my choice.

Riser: Remember. it's important for devils to remain pure-blooded, we are still recovering from the last war. Both your father and brother have decided on this decision with the future of the devils in mind.

Rias: My father, my brother, and my whole clan, made this decision too quickly, for the final time, I will not marry you.

Riser: For the final time, Rias, Riser bares the reputation of the Phenex Clan, tainting our good name is unacceptable. 

Issei: HEY!!

Riser: Riser doesn't care if he needs to incarnate everyone in this room, you will return to the underworld with me.

Kenzo: *YAWNNNNNNNNN* This is sooo boring...

Riser looked in Kenzo's direction.

Riser: And who are you?

Kenzo: Just a human...

Riser: So a worm huh....

Grayfia: No arguing, Lord Sirzech knew something like this was going to happen.  As such he assigned me a last resort if you wish to do so. If Lady Rias desires to put her matters above her family's, she can settle this with a Rating's Game.
