Rias: Can you train us? You easily beat Riser which means that you are strong like we all thought you were, with you training us, then we can win.

The mansion Rias had was huge, it looked like a castle compared to the anime. He looked around looking at how everyone was doing. They climbed up the mountain to arrive, everyone except Issei looked fine.
Kenzo knew that he needed to do extra training for Issei, he is farther behind compared to the canon. He knew that the only way Rias would win was Issei.
He let everyone do their own thing and left with Issei.
Kenzo: I'll only train Issei, I have no expertise in magic...
Rias: That's fine...
