Narrator: Welcome back to the tales & stories of sodor. While the main focus has been on the NWR. We aren't actually making all of it on those engines. Today we take a look at the Skarloey Railway known as the narrow gauge. We have six engines. Skarloey & Rheneas were the first two, But more engines came by. They were: Peter Sam, Sir Handel, Rusty & Duncan. They all worked for a different controller; Sir Percival. Though they call him Mr. Percival. One day the engines were in the shed. However Skarloey was feeling somewhat jumpy and Spazzy.

Skarloey: Thats odd. Why does it feel like my body acts all over the place?

Duncan: Maybe its because your body is always jumpy? Hahaha!

Sir Handel: Or maybe it's because your springs are loose again. Remember how you got your springs loose? Maybe the left side is weak cause you didn't get new ones.

Peter Sam: Oh don't be like that Sir handel. Skarloey has been having issues since he came back all better. At least show some respect for him battling his problems.

Sir Handel: Humph! Peter Sam. At least you know how it handles like your wheels and my funnel. We don't want to break down more do we? Well. For you that is.

Skarloey: Sir Handel, Are you respecting me or telling others about your stupid silly hogwash crap again? Cause I wouldn't mind if something happened afterwards.

Rheneas: Ooooh! That had to hurt big!

Rusty: Right... That's enough.

Rheneas: Sorry there Rusty, I thought that was so funny and the best insult I heard ever! And-

Mr. Percival: Alright. That's enough chit chat. Now lets assign some work, Sir Handel, I want you too help a small goods, Then you can pull some passengers. Peter sam, You too. If you both work together then you can make the job easier. No complaints from anyone today. Okay?

Sir Handel: Woohoo, More freight trains and lifting around. How fun. Not really at all.

Peter Sam: Don't worry Sir Handel, Maybe the next you rush you might be looking down at the bottom of a high cliff.

Sir Handel: Peter sam, Please don't bring it up.

Mr. Percival: Anyways, Rusty and Duncan. I want you both to work together to move vans to the slate quarry. The winch is having more problems.

Rusty: Okay sir.

Duncan: Yes sir...

Mr. Percival: And Skarloey and Rheneas. I want you both to take the passengers around the tour of the railway.

Skarloey: Alright sir. We won't let you down.

Rheneas: I agree, We won't let you down!

Mr Pecival: Thank you, Now I better hurry to my cottege. My family is waiting for me.

Narrator: And soon, Mr Percival left on his bike to his cottege. The engines looked at each other about their jobs and wanted to speak about it and talk. But Skarloey was still bumping around from his spring. He began to seem worried as the others still gave a good laugh from him jumping.

Skarloey: Man, The Spring seems like it might shoot out any time sooner.

Duncan: Well you just need a repair when it happens.

Rheneas: Yeah but the thing is when? He's been having it for years!

Sir Handel: Oh come on, You had some cramps and pipes leaking out. If it happens. It happens, You can't remove that from us you know.

Peter Sam: He is right, Hey wait for me!

Narrator: As everyone left, Skarloey and Rheneas left to help out give a tour of the railway to the passengers, Over the time the spring seem to stung skarloey more and more as he was feeling  like it was getting worse, He met Rheneas at the station.

Skarloey: I don't like this moaning spring! I feel like I should be repaired right now after this.

Rheneas: We can get you to the works, But be careful.

Skarloey: Alright, Come along. Let's finish this job. Stupid loosen spring!

Narrator: Skarloey left the station, Then there was trouble.

Rheneas: Oh Skarloey- The Bend!

Skarloey: Oh shit...

Narrator: But it was too late, Skarloey went around the bend and the loose spring from the left side flew out as his cab wobbled to the left side. Skarloey couldn't believe it.

Skarloey: D'oh not again!

Rheneas: Skarloey! You're spring came out! Are you okay!?

Skarloey: Well it can't be that bad. *Hears Peter Sam's whistle* Oh bother.

Peter Sam: Oh dear, Did the spring finally say bye bye at last?

Skarloey: Don't you start.

Peter Sam: Nevermind, Let me take your passengers. I can get you to the works afterwards.

Narrator: Peter Sam took Skarloey's passengers away as Rheneas had to finish all the stop alone as Skarloey waited with a tilted cab as a few minutes later. Peter Sam came to pick up skarloey and take him to the works where he got a new spring afterwards and he came back to the sheds with two new fresh springs and all better than he was before.

Peter Sam: How do you feel Skarloey? A bit studly now?

Skarloey: Much better. How come you ask?

Peter Sam: We want to make sure your okay so you don't have another spring flying out.

Duncan: Noted there, Shouldn't all springs fly out become.... Boingoing?

Narrator: Skarloey couldn't help but laugh, And the others did as a lesson was learned, Replace a part that is old enough so you can be better as you are.
