"That was evasive driving technique right there, y'all!" JJ said.
"No that was you almost running over two people!" Lucy snapped under panic.
"Where are we going?" Pope asked.
"Hold on I'm gonna lose them!" JJ made a sharp turn making them yell at him.
Suddenly the engine made an all too familiar sound. "No, no no no." Lucy looked as the hood start to smoke again.
"YOU SAID HE FIXED THE CARBURETOR!" JJ yelled. "YOU SAID HE FIXED IT!"
"HE DID!"
"Shit!" Kie exclaimed, "Damnit!"
They quickly got out of the car, "What now?" Lucy asked in frustration.
"Number one rule: never trust Mechanic!" JJ told Pope.
They grabbed their bags just as the man approach them with his car. "We gotta go around!" JJ yelled.
"Go!" Kie yelled.
They ran the other way, Lucy behind all of them. She glanced back, "Guy I think he has a gun!" She yelled.
"Shit get down!" JJ yelled.
"Come on Luc!"
"Go! Go!"
"Hey to the alleyway! Come on!" They ran around the corner.
They ran, Lucy's calves starting to burn from now fast she ran.
"JJ! Pope! Kie! Luc!"
Lucy halted in her tracks looking around.
"Lucy what the hell are you doing?" She heard JJ yell. She looked around rapidly as JJ ran back to her.
"I thought I heard something," She answered confused.
He pulled her along. She looked around in panic as she ran.
They turned down an alley running down it and away from the man.
JJ ran into a delivery man, the packages flying out of their hands.
"Sorry bro!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry bout that!"
"Go go go!" JJ yelled. "Go Louis!"
They ran out the alley, a bicycle almost hitting them.
But it wasn't that, that made them stop short.
It was the people on it.
Lucy's eyes widen as she scoffed in disbelief, a smile forming on her face as she looked at John B.
He also noticed them as soon as they ran in front of them. His eyes immediately went to Lucy, a grin forming on his face.
She smiled as she looked to Sarah who also looked to her. The blonde girl looked at her with such happiness as Lucy stared in disbelief.
