The Pogues walked into the court house, "Hey look." Kie spoke up nudging JJ.

They all looked, spotting the freckled girl sitting silently next to her mother. She stared down, not even a faint look of joy on her face. She looked completely miserable.

"Her mother is making her sit over there?" Pope asked in shock.

"Well it definitely doesn't look like it was Lucy's choice." Sarah replied.

They went and sat down as the court got more and more crowded.

"Luciana sit up straight." Her mother whispered seeing some of her coworkers.

Lucy looked at her mom, pure anger and annoyance in her eyes. She then looked back to the front, not changing her posture making her mother sigh.

Time went on and Lucy's anxiety went up and up for John B.

And then something happened that made Lucy's anxiety skyrocket.

She froze, the only movement being her shaky breaths as he sat next to her.

Isabel saw this. "We're moving." She said grabbing her daughters hand.

The mother saw one last open spot, "Go right-," she cut herself off as two others sat in the spot.

She let out a panicked breath, looking around for any other spots. The place was packed, not even room for standing. She leaned towards her daughters ear. "Stay calm. I'm right here. Nothing will happen to you. I promise."

Lucy hand shook as she gripped her mother's.

"Are you shitty me?" JJ suddenly spoke up. "I'm gonna fucking kill him."

They looked where he did, seeing Rafe sitting next to Luciana.

Luciana heard light commotion, making her look. She saw JJ who stood up, Pope grabbing him before he could do anything else.

"Sit down." Pope told him, "if you do something we'll be kick out."

JJ looked at Pope in annoyance, "He's next to her."

"So is her mom." Pope responded, "And you know Isabel won't let Rafe do shit. She'll beat his head in if he even says a word."

JJ looked back Luciana as Pope pushed back into his seat. He could see how scared she was. Her eyes were watery and she was tense with fear.

Rafe looked to his left as well, seeing JJ. The two boys made eye contact. Both of them held murderous glares at each other. JJ jaw and fist clenched as he saw a faint smirk on Rafe's lips.

The door of the court house snapped everyone's attention to the front. John N walked out, him immediately scanning for the Pogues.

He spotted four of them, him then looking around for Luciana. He finally saw her, him halting in his steps seeing Rafe next to her.

"Keep moving." The guard told him making him continue to walk.

Lucy just shook her head lightly so John B could tell what was going on. John B glared at Rafe, who didn't give any response back.
