Pierson's POV
Brent asked me on a date yesterday and I said yes over the past few months I have started to develop little feelings for him Lexi has been so Happy with this and always offers to help so she was overjoyed she I asked her to help me get ready today

Lexi h: Brent is so lucky

Pierson:why

Lexi h: to have a funny smart beautiful girl like you

Pierson: that's isn't true but thanks tho

Lexi h: that is very true you are one of  the best girls I have had the opportunity of meeting she said as she gave her a hug and we are ready to go

Pierson: walks to the mirror you did a great job Lexi

Lexi h: yh I know

They hear a honk

Lexi h: I think Brent is hear

Pierson: yh let me just go grab my purse can you get the door

Lexi h: sure

Lexi h goes downstairs and opens the door

Lexi h: hey Brent Pierson will be down in a sec....woah she says as she looks at him I wish you would take me on a data (she laughs)
Just them Pierson comes down the stairs

Pierson: hi Brent I'm ready

Brent: you look beautiful he says as he takes her hand

Lexi h : alright lovebirds not on my porch get going

Pierson and Brent (laughs)

Brent leads Pierson to the car and opens the door

Lexi h: don't have too much fun without me! (Waving them )

At the date

Brent: so Pierson I just wanted to say thank you for coming on this date with me and for being there for me,over these past months Knowing you has been so beautiful

Pierson: awwn Brent that's so sweet I wish I could say the same for you though (she laughs)

Brent: are you kidding me

Pierson: I'm joking ( she laughs again) but like seriously I have really loved being your friend

Brent's mind: that will change soon

They talk for a while and it's getting to when Brent is to ask Pierson to be his girlfriend  he starts to get nervous

Pierson : why are you sweating?

Brent: it's getting a little hot in here

Pierson: umm ok so as I was saying Lexi h and I are going on a month long trip to New York tomorrow

Brent: a month! That's so long

Pierson : yh Lexi's boyfriend has like a clothing brand something to do and they gave us full accomodation

Brent: that's so cool I'm gonna miss you though

Pierson: yh I know you'll forget I'm gone in a week

Brent: no Pierson I like you like I like like you

Pierson: I......
Gets a phone call from Lexi h
Pierson: I have to take this sorry
She gets up and goes outside

Lexi h : hey Pierson how's it going

Pierson: bruh you just saved me Brent just told me he liked me

Lexi h : what!! I feel so bad now what did you say

Pierson : I didn't get a chance to answer and I knew pretty well he wouldn't like what I had to say

Lexi h: that's a bummer well I'm done packing for the trip and I packed your suitcase too

Pierson: are you serious thank  you so much Lexi I'll be home In 10 minutes

Pierson goes back inside the restaurant

Brent: so what happened

Pierson: umm so Lexi fell down the stairs I gotta go see you later Brent she hurries out the door

Brent : runs and stops her
Brent: you didn't give me an answer though

Pierson: I uhm uhm..

Brent: Don't worry I'll just take you home

Pierson: don't worry I already ordered an Uber it's fine

Brent: I'll see you tomorrow?

Pierson: I'm going on a trip remember?

Brent : so till next month I guess he leans in for a kiss but Pierson stops his lips with her finger

Pierson: bye Brent my Uber is here

Brent : oh

Brent's POV
Everything just got messed up in one night I thought she liked me and now we'll probably not talk for a while month why are girls so complicated I need to talk to Lexi.

Lexi: hey Brent

Brent: the date was a complete fail

Lexi: what how!!

Brent: it was off to a pretty good start and then I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend

Lexi: wow huge step continue

Brent: but then I started to get all nervous and she Said she was leaving with Lexi h to new York for a month
And I said I will miss her and that. I really liked her and then she got this weird phone call from Lexi h

Lexi: and...

Brent: she went out to take the phone call and she she came back she said Lexi fell down the stairs and she had to go and then I offered to ride her home but she said she ubered and I told her she didn't have to answer the question and leaned in for a kiss but she stopped me with her finger

Lexi : ouch that must have hurt

Brent: it still does Lexi I thought things were going so well and now we are going to be on odd terms for a month

Lexi: cheer up she will come around here eat some ice cream
