One of the scientists pulled out a beaker with a greenish bluish liquid inside.
“Once we get our hands on the green haired kid in Class 1-A, we'll have ourselves a fancy little test subject for our plan.” Another scientist said.
“I hope you two are right, remember the last time a group of villains tried to kidnap a UA student?”
“You mean that explosive kid? Yeah. He has quite a temper doesnt he?” He joked.
“Not my point, a whole group of heroes showed up and took them down. Who's to say they won't do the same once they find out the most powerful student has went missing.”
It isn't like they were completely incompetent, but they were a quirkless after all.
“Fine. So what do you suggest?”
”Here's the real plan.”
