Hunter's POV.

When I clicked on the circle  a bunch of blue lights came up.

Little rascal popped up, then uncle belos showed up making me angry and annoyed but sad, but  the most embarrassing thing happened.

Edric pops up.
I gasped then looked at Edric.
He didn't looked bothered he looked happy.

He looks over at me to see how afraid and shocked I looked.

I start to grab my things but he stops me.

"Don't worry hunter I think about you a lot to"

Edric swirls his finger in the air then a bunch of stuff showed up.

The first one was the blight parents angry and yelling, then his sisters popped up and after them I showed up.

I was shocked to see it but it made me feel better about myself.
After talking to Edric for many hours I decide to leave.

" hey sorry to Inturupt the conversation but I gotta go"

I looked at Ed to see him look sad.

"We can go to the library first"
As soon as I said that Edric's eyes light up.

We flew to the library as soon as possible.

" ima show you my favorite book"
Edric grabs my hand then started taking me to a giant book shelf.

Edric scans his finger threw the books looking for a specific one.

"Aha here is it"
Edric pulled out a green and brown book.

"Here let's read it on this table right here".

We both sat down at a huge and clean table, Edric spreaded out the book, he flipped threw the pages looking for his favorite chapter.

" here wanna read it"

I inched closer to Edric until our shoulders where touching.

I read threw some of the pages with delight, it was calming and  all my stress had  washed away.

Before I knew it the library was starting to close.

Edric put the book up and we quickly ran out the doors laughing.
"Well I'll see you later hunter"
Edric patted my head then left.

I watched him walk away whistling to himself.

I felt my cheeks turn hot.
I didn't know what this feeling was, I had never had a friend before so was it the feeling of having a friend or was it... Love.

Me and Luz are friends and I've never felt this way.
Edric he made me happy he made me feel safe, I felt warm and relaxed with Edric.

Was this love or just the feeling of friendship....

EDRICS POV:

I hopped out of my bed getting ready for school.

"Oh Ed why where you so late to get home"

I felt my cheeks turn red and hot from all the memories flowing in from last night.

" Em I just stayed at the library longer than usual"

Emira rolled her eyes before leaving the house .
I got on my uniform then left to visit the owl house with Amity.

Luz swang open the door happy to see both me and Amity.

" Heyy Amity, oh hunter Edric is here"
Luz let us both in while hugging Amity.

"Hey Edric"
Hunter grabbed his bag heading out the door with me.

"So wanna hangout after school again"
It surprised me that it was hunter who asked me this time.

"Of course I do, we should definitely have a sleep over during the weekend"

Hunter's face turned red, he's probably mad or annoyed like usually.

"Um sure"
Maybe he wasn't angry.

After school.

"Ok so Hunter are the illusions getting better"
Hunter pulled out a price of paper and wrote on it.
He tapped the paper causing a whole lot of miniature rascals to come out.

"Good job"

Hunter seemed sad today he didn't speak much and he laugh at my jokes like he usually does.

"Hunter you know you can talk to me right.. "

Hunter looks back at me but turns toward the sunset.

"The sunset is always so pretty, before I used to look out my window sence I was a little kid it's my go to when I'm sad or stresses out".

" this tree is my go to I normally read my back while I'm here watching the people walk by"
I look at the sunset with hunter.

I avert my eyes to look at him to notice him looking at my hand and raising it towards my hand, but when he notices me noticing him trying to hold my he quickly removes his hand.

I let out a little giggle from the sight even tho he was embarrassed.
I didn't want to make him embarrassed but I loved him so... Wait NO mom would kill me I don't love him.

I look back at hunter to see him look at me.

"Look not to uh be weird but Ed I feel safe and calm when Im with you I feel like I can be myself you make me happy.. And I can't stop thinking about you".

Hunter inches closer to me.
He relaxed his head on my shoulder soonly after falling asleep.

I got out my book while hunter slept with his head rested on my shoulder.
I thought more about what he said.

Maybe I do love Hunter.
