"Can I pleassssssssssssse have a free snow cone? I'll tell you a story!" I ask the ice cream man hoping it'll work.

"How old are you? Then I can decide," he replies unhelpfully.

"That's irrelevant!" I stomp my foot for emphasis, "I tell good stories." When he doesn't reply I add, "I'm not sure how old I am, I don't pay attention. Maybe 19 or 20?"

"You can't have a free ice cream then! You're in college," He remarks.

"Am not," I whine.

"Dad, can I have two snow cones?" A girls voice says behind me.

"Sure," the man says.

"Why can she have free ice cream then?" Whining seems like my best bet.

"She's my daughter," he says as he grabs her stuff from the cooler.

I stalk off but then a brown haired girl put something in my hand.

"Here." She says, "Why can't you pay for your own though?"

"I can, I just don't want to." I smirk.

She meets my eyes for a second then shrugs. I swear I've seen her before, but she was younger. Green eyes, brown hair, where have I seen her?

It clicks in my mind when I hear a familiar chime from her bag.

"I have to go," she says and runs into the woods.

Amy. Amy runs into the woods. Amy is Foster's human sister.

I trail behind her not to far.

"I haven't found him yet," is what she says as soon as she pulls her Imparter out.

Me. She's probably looking for me. She didn't recognize me I guess. That's good. I may have more control, but I could never put Foster in any danger.

"What do you mean? The Elite Towers collapsed? You're kidding, right?" Amy repeats.

The Elite Towers collapsed?

Was Sophie inside? Is she okay?

Mom! She's behind this.
