When I got to the mess hall for lunch every seat had a fork and a knife and a tiny plate of salad.
I sat down at I spot and started eating.
"Ah-ah-ah what do you think you're doing" the headmistress said as she came over to me.
"Eating?" I said in confusion.
We're we not aloud to eat?
"You must wait for the rest of the girls to come" she said as she walked away.
I didn't want to wait, they were so slow.
My stomach growled, I was so hungry.
I asked a girl across the table from me if this is all we were having for lunch.
She looked at me with a funny look and said "of course it is look how big the serving is".
Big, how was it big.
It was the smallest serving I've ever seen.
I would definitely still be hungry after eating that.
When everyone arrived we all stood up to say grace.
Once we were finished everyone sat down and started eating.
There was a professor at every table and Mme Fleur the science teacher was at ours, she told me to eat more like a lady.
It was so annoying always hearing that.
Everyone ate so slowly it's not my fault, I was starved.
The salad tasted absolutely disgusting, it had a weird dressing that made me gag whenever it touched my tongue but I was so hungry.
For some reason all the girls around me seemed to really enjoy it.
I didn't want to say anything, because I didn't want to get yelled at again but they really needed to change their menu.
I saw other girls scraping their scraps into the garbage then bringing their plates and forks and knifes up to the kitchen to be cleaned.
So I did the same thing, though I didn't have any scraps.
After lunch I was still hungry but we had to wait until dinner to get more food.
It was so unfair.
When lunch was over everyone headed to their next class.
I looked at my time table, I needed to go to science.
I grabbed my bag form my locker and tried to find the science lab.
