Alpha Avenger (Thor x Reader)

Two weeks had came and went and these would be our last two days here. Since being here me and the others have grown closer. Nat, Wanda, Bucky, and Sam have become like my best friends. Tony and Bruce were father figures to me. Steve and Clint were like my older brothers. Where as for Thor I haven't spoken to him since that day he kissed me. He's tried but I'd ignore him because I don't know why it hurt so bad but it did.

Since we were leaving in two days we all decided that we should have a BBQ to enjoy our last full day here. So early in the morning a few of us got into the truck and went into town for the essentials for an amazing BBQ. When we got back and I stepped out of the car I could immediately feel something was off. Something wasn't right sniffing the air taking it all in I was picking up new scents but one was familiar.

"Hey Y/N what's wrong" Bruce asked

Completely ignoring him I walk away from the car and the scent gets stronger as I get closer to the woods. "Jason, Jason come out now I know it's you, Jason" I shouted out. Just then he walked out of the woods still as I remembered him tall, his dark brown hair laying just below his shoulders, his big brown eyes. For a moment I was shocked.

"Well look who it is if it isn't the Alpha herself or should I say Omega now. You know I was surprised to find out you didn't die. Hope you don't mind I brought a few friends with me."

As he spoke men came out from the woods all holding guns and weapons and I immediately recognized the logo. It was Hydra, how could he be working for them after what they did.

"What are you doing Jason? How could you be working for them after what they did to our families"

"Ugh Y/N how could you be so beautiful yet stupid, Who do you think told them about us and well our families let's just say were collateral damage."

"You son of a bitch, how could you betray your family like that!"

"All you had to do was surrender Y/N and they all would have been alive. But ofc you always had to play hero and be to prideful when in reality you were just a plain old coward. I was meant to have control and be Alpha not some bitch like you."

"I wasn't going to let them suffer and be tested on for the rest of our lives!" I shouted as we began to fight. The rest of the team had already joined once the heard all the commotion.

As me and Jason continue to fight I can see that we are extremely out numbers and my team is getting badly injured, I don't know how much longer they'll last. Getting distracted Jason gets me pinned down for a few seconds.

"There going to die like the others Y/N just give up. Come with us and they'll live. Don't make the same mistake again because this time it will really be your fault." He said as he let go of me.

Looking around at my team, at my new family I couldn't risk losing them forever. So I knew what had to be done. "Okay I'll go with you just please stop this, call them off." Giving them a signal the men retreat back into the woods. Jason grabbed my arm and dragged me with him. Tony and the others ran to me before they could get close enough i shouted "Don't, this is the only way okay".

"No Y/N please don't do this we could've fought them off" Tony shouted out

"I love you guys and I won't lose my family again." I yelled out before running into the woods with Jason.

There was a helicopter waiting for us in a clearing. When I got in I felt a strong pain in my head before I knocked out only to find myself in a cell when I woke up. I tried to move but I was chained to a bed.

"Your up finally" a cold voice said I wasn't able to see his face because of how dark it was. As he walked in the room he grabbed my face, "what a pretty little thing we're going to have some fun with you". Hearing his voice, feeling his disgusting hands on my skin I spit in his face. "You little bitch, your going to regret that"as I watch the shadow figure walk out of the cell and two more enter. Trying to break loose it was useless my powers weren't working. As soon as there reached me they began beating me until I lost consciousness.

Thor's POV:

Just like that I was numb. Why would she do this, how could she just leave with them? What happens if we don't find her? I got scared of feeling something for her and now she's gone and it feels like my hearts been ripped out. I'd been a jerk to her made her upset,lost her as a friend all because I was scared to love her.

The past couple of hours it's felt like the world was moving,everything around me was moving on and I was stuck. I hadn't said a word but I felt like screaming. No one would shut up everyone was arguing.

Nat: We need to go after her now Tony

Tony: It's not that easy Nat we don't have the resources to go after her right now.

Bucky: You don't know what they could be doing to her Tony we can't wait.

Steve: I'm with Tony on this one we need a plan.

Wanda: For fuck sakes now you to agree on something when it's not the time.

Tony: Listen we just need some time we will find her!

The arguing grew louder and louder no one stopped for a second. All my pent up anger and pain were slowly boiling over and I could feel myself lose control.

"Would you all just shut the fuck up okay, This isn't helping find her so just shut up." The room went silent all you could hear was the occasional shuffling around. I couldn't be around anyone right now so I left the room and went upstairs and sat in Y/N's bedroom. Remembering that morning I spent with her, wishing so badly I could go back and do things differently. To hold her and not let go like I promised. As much as I tried to fight it tears escaped my eyes.

"Hey, Thor you okay" Nat ask although she must of known the answer because she reached out and pulled me into her arms and the flood gates were unleashed.
"Thor we are going to find her okay, we will" she reassured me.

"We have to go now we're leaving a day early so we can find our girl. So suck up the tears and let's go she needs us to be strong. Save all that emotion for when we're fighting to get her back because this is only the beginning." She said as she started to pack a few of Y/N's things up.

"Well let's go then" I demanded as I helped Nat finish packing and left to our new home for now.
Although it will never be home if she isn't with us.
