Asher's Story: RWBY Volume 3

E.P. 1 Gifts

The camera opens up to see asher leaning against a tree near a cliff. He is holding a bag. He looks forward to see Ruby standing near his mother's grave "Talking to her". Him and Ruby would come over here and "Talk to" mom once in a while but did it separately. Once and a while ruby points back towards Asher. He hears a bark and looks behind him to see his dad.

Tai:"Hey buddy."*Rubs Ashers head.* "How are you doing."

Asher:"I'm fine. Thank you."

Tai:"You nervous for the tournament."

Asher:"Yeah." *They hear footsteps and turn to see ruby.

Ruby nods to Asher and Asher walks to the grave.

Asher:*Stops in front of the grave*"Hey mom it's me. Before you ask yes your hood is fine."*He grabs the side of it and shows the grave*"It's pretty durable."*He stares at the grave for a few seconds* "I got into beacon, but ruby probably already told you that. I got my own team too, Team Red. We have gotten into some fights with bad guys. Got hurt a few times. My teammates did good though. Simmons, he is smart but a kissass. Donut, he has a good throwing arm. Then Grif,"*Asher growls* "Grif."

Asher kneels down to the grave

Asher:"I know what you're probably going to say. 'If you get knocked down, Always get back up. Because somebody may be waiting for you.' You always would say that to me. I take it to heart too. But recently it's..... been hard to get back up." *waves his hands* "Not that I'm hurt or anything it's just, with all of this constant bad-guy fighting and not catching them. It makes me feel like I'm a failure." *stands back up and stares at the grave for a few seconds and whispers* "I wish you were here." *clears throat* "Well I guess I should go Ruby's fight is soon. Good talk."

Asher walks back over to his dad and Ruby.

Asher:"Lets go."

Time skip

Team RWBY is seen walking down a tunnel for there fight.

Asher:"Guys, Wait for a second." *They turn to see Asher running up to them.*

Weiss:"Asher?"

When he reaches them he sounds out of breath and puts his hands on his knees.

Asher:*Puts up one finger* "give me a sec."

Asher takes a few deep breaths; then he straightens up.

Asher:*Now fine* "Guys I almost forgot to give you something." *He pulls out a white bag and reaches into it*

Blake:"Give us something?"

Asher:"Yeah. There they are."*Pulls out something out of the bag and shows them.*

It's all there emblems with a dust crystal in the center of the emblem; the crystal is in the same the color as the emblem and it's in the middle. The emblems ar attached to a chain so it's made into a necklaces. He gives each their respective emblem.

Asher:"I had these made as a good luck charms for the tournament. I also had one made for me." *Pulls out from under his shirt his necklaces with his emblem with dust crystal on it to.*

Team RWBY puts on there's. And turn back to Asher.

Yang:"Aww. it's very sweet of you to do this for us. I'll chris mine forever."

Ruby"Me too. I love it soooo much!"

Blake:"Thank you Asher."

Weiss:"Thanks 'Fly boy'. I like it." *Kisses Asher's Cheek. And they walk away*
