Ps. they're in love

Chapter 1

"Rose you've been quiet ever since school ended whats wrong?" Theo questioned clearly sensing something was up, "what makes you think somethings wrong? Couldn't I just be in a quiet mood?" Rose replied.
"We both know that that's impossible for you, Rose."
"Fine. I failed my exams." Rose said sighing, Theo looked down at her trying to reassure her that she'll be okay, he would die for her and he probably will seeing as she's so reckless. "Hey, look at me Rose." Theo said, lifting her chin up so their eyes meet, "It'll be okay, since when did you care about your future anyway? What happened to living in the present and life's too short huh?"
"Since you'll be leaving me behind when you go to college and i'll be stuck at a minimum wage job in government housing." Rose said returning her gaze to her feet.
"You really think i'd leave you?"
"Well it's not like I can follow you to college or live with you, one day you'll get married and your wife won't be okay with me being everywhere now will she?"
"If she can't understand that we're a package deal then I don't want her." He knew deep down that he wouldn't find anybody who would be okay with it and so did she. "Hey how about we watch movies tonight. I'll bring ice cream." He said reassuringly, she felt safe around him they'd known each other forever of course she would.

"Heyyyy girl" Christina said to Rose catching up with her, Christina was Rose's best friend (except for Theo of course.) "You will never guess what!" She said the excitement rising in her voice. "What?" Rose said getting excited at her friend being exited. "So i was getting chocolate from the shop and I heard Daniel talking to his friend and he said that he was thinking of asking you out!!" Christina squealed, "Oh." Was all Rose said, "Oh? Are you kidding me? You're not happy about this?"
"Not really.. I mean yeah he's cute but he's not my type."
"And what is your type? Theo?"
"What no of course not Christina, Theo's like a brother to me."
"Sure mhm. So you were fine when he started dating Nina? You didn't eat 2 tubs of ice cream in one sitting?"
"I was just sad because I thought she would make us drift apart."
"Yeah right. Rose, you know I think you and Theo are made for each other but he has a girlfriend now, we have to wait until she dumps him."
"I will never date Theo. In fact i'm so sure of that that i'll bet you £20."
"Yeah that's not enough, if you're so sure raise it to £100."
"Fine, deal."

"Hey Rose" Theo whispered knocking on her bedroom window, he didn't have to go through the window her parents saw him as a son but old habits die hard, she walked over to the window and let him in. "Have you got the movies?" Rose asked clearly exhausted, "Of course." He replied as if it were obvious.

Buzzz Theo's phone buzzed for the 5th time.
"Who's that?" Rose questioned,
"Huh? Oh nobody it was just an app."
"The same app that's been buzzing for the last 10 minutes?"
"Yup..."
"Right."
"Stop staring at me."
"I'm not staring at you."
"Have you got something to tell me?"
"No."
"Do you want me to leave?"
"No, but i'm a little cold. Can I have your hoodie?"
"Okay.."
Theo was a little confused at this request seeing as they were in her room and she had plenty of blankets and hoodies herself, but he gave it to her nonetheless.

Okay so this is the first chapter, sorry it wasn't great this is my first book comment on what you think!
