Hannah’s POV:

Sight seeing with the boys was fun. They literally wanted to see everything, so the afternoon had been pretty busy. Paul followed them around wherever they went and watched them like a shepherd watched his sheep. I smiled at the thought of the boys being sheep. It was hilarious. Harry would so be the only black sheep. The only special sheep.. Wait. Cross that last thought!

Harry and I hadn’t really spoken privately yet and treated each other just like one of the others. I kind of expected him to, especially after what happened with Liam last night.

As we left a big and nice park my town was pretty much known for Zayn stopped walking mid way. “Where are we going next?” he asked and I looked at the other boys to see what they wanted to do. They just shrugged their shoulders. “I don’t know.” Niall said “What else is there to do around here?” he then asked facing me. I thought about it. We really did pretty much anything I could think of. There was just one thing..

“We have really pretty cathedral downtown.” I said looking in its direction even though you couldn’t see it from here.

“A cathedral? Like a church?” Liam asked pulling up his eyebrows. “Yeah, we don’t have to go inside if you don’t want to. But you can walk up its tower to look across town. It’s a pretty amazing view.. Well, at least when the weather is nice.” I said looking up the sky. It was still cloudy and looked like it was about to rain.

The boys discussed for a little and then decided to go anyways since there was nothing else to do. We got into their van and Paul drove us through the rush hour traffic to the other side of town where the cathedral was at.

“There’s a lot of people in this town.” Harry said looking out of window at the masses of people passing by. The other boys followed his gaze but I wasn’t too impressed. This was normal to me. I was used to being around those people going on with my everyday life.

When we got to the cathedral Paul parked the van and we all jumped out. Louis pulled out his phone and snapped a couple of pictures. “Don’t put them on twitter.” Liam had warned him. “People are gonna be here in no time.” I smiled at Liam’s comment as we walked closer to the entrance of the cathedral. He really was like the One Direction daddy to them. Harry had said Liam was the one to watch over them. I could totally see Liam doing that; he’d be a great father, too. I wondered how him and Danielle were doing, but didn’t dare asking.

I directed the boys to the side entrance of the building where the staircase began. “Is there no elevator?” Niall asked half joking as he looked at the never ending stairs. I shook my head and laughed. “No. Looks like we’re gonna have to work our way up there if we want to enjoy the view.” He sighed. “Alright, let’s get going!” Zayn said already taking the first couple of steps.

I followed him, Harry and Louis right behind me, Niall and Liam following a little after that. We climbed the stairs silently and I could here somebody behind me cuss every now and then.. Was it Louis?

After about ten minutes of stair climbing Niall asked “How many steps are there?” “Onethousandfourhundrettwentythree.” I said and Harry laughed. “I’m serious.” I turned around a little to look at the boys. “There really are that many steps. I had to walk up here quite a few times already.” “Why?” Louis asked and I smiled. That’s the question everybody asked and the answer is so simple.

“Because everybody who comes here to visit wants to see the view.” “The view.” Harry said and chuckled. “Yeah I don’t think she’s talking about that view.” Louis said and laughed. As I turned around to see what they were talking about I caught both of them starring at my butt.
