Forever Friends?

This is more of a filler chapter since I'm gonna be busy. Still important to the plot but not major. It's super short.

Everyone stood there in silence. No one couldn't say anything and they didn't think they wanted to.

Finally Mitch spoke up, "You're leaving? Why? Did we do something wrong?"

Avi shakes his head. "You guys did nothing wrong. I'll be doing one more tour and then I'm out. I just felt like this was the best choice for you guys and me. Can we stay friends? Even after? You guys are like family and I hate leaving family. I love you guys. Also, Home Free, hope we can continue this journey of friendship as well."

Scott spoke, "Of course we'll still be friends after this. You're a huge part of PTX and will always be a huge part. It's gonna be hard finding someone but we understand. We need to let the fans know soon."

Tim just couldn't believe his ears. Avi was leaving. They're having a situation like they did. "Of course, Avi. We'll be friends." That's all anyone managed to say. It was so quiet, you can hear a pebble drop.

Avi spoke up, "We'll tell the fans after this collab. I need to get stuff prepared before I tell them anyway. I'll finish these songs probably by next month and then tour. I'll help you guys find a new bass. "

Everyone agrees and go home. They all had stuff weighing on them and now this adds to it.

Rob feared a member was going to leave. He knew what they were going through and how hectic it's going to be for them. He knows that Home Free doesn't have much longer till this collab ends but he still wants to support them. Next month is when it's over. Time flies when you're not paying attention I guess.

They all agreed to sleep on it and meet tomorrow for recording the tracks. They're all extremely heavy hearted and knew that it was gonna be very difficult without Avi. He's going solo away from the group, which is understandable, but it didn't make it any easier.

Avi just hopes that they can be forever friends.
