Jerry got up and went outside.It was morning now.He went back inside and got ready for the trip.He grabbed a leaf for a shield to protect him and a tiny twig to fight.He jumped out of his house and slithered through the forest towards the mountain.It was about an hour journey so he had to take breaks.When he took his third break,a bird came out of no where.
"Come here little wriggler!",yelled the bird.
Jerry took his leaf and stick out and covered him self.The bird crashed into the leaf and almost crushed Jerry.Right before the bird got up,Jerry got his stick up and poked the bird away.
"Back away mighty feather creature!",yelled Jerry.
The bird flew away and dropped back on the ground next to Jerry's neighbor,Johnny the Pillbug.The bird ate Johnny and flew away.
Jerry kept on going towards the mountain without stopping.
