First Day of school

Seokjins POV

The piercing sound of the alarm clock brought me back from my dead of sleep. I started to wriggle and stretch within my cozy,  and warm bed. As parts of my body were gradually turning on, I realized today was the opening ceremony of our school.

I leaned over at the fancy black clock and I realize I was already ten minutes late. Suddenly my bodys' systems were all on go, I jump out of bed and went straight to the bathroom to shower. I went back to my room and take a simple white dress and pair of flippers since our uniform will be given right after we got assigned to our houses.

If you ask me the name of the four houses is the same as a fantasy book I used to read in the other world. If I see a talking hat in the ceremony I'm going to lose it. As I run through the hallway I suddenly notice a familiar figure. When I look closely, I realize it was Sofia talking with an older man in a red jacket. I run towards her as I call for her attention.

"Sofia!" I shouted.

Sofia turn around as soon she heard me. Sofias' face light up as soon as she saw me. It seems she is very happy to see me. She run towards me and we gave each other a short tight hug.

"You are here it means you are one of the four students passed." Sofia said with a smile.

"Yeah, but why are you here? I thought you are going to a medical school." I asked.

"Yeah, and I got accepted but suddenly one of the staff of Dream High Academy went to our school to recruit students since they said only four participants pass the test. They need 10 so they went to different schools to fill up the 6 slots remaining." Sofia explained.

"Well, I am happy you got accepted but by the way who is that guy behind you?" I asked.

"Oh my how very rude of me.  This is Professor Harry, he is a witch doctor and the Head of Gryffindor house. Professor this is my cousin Jin." Sofia said as she introduced us to each other.

"It is nice to meet you, Miss. I heard what happened yesterday from the other professors. I might say I am looking forward to being your teacher this year." He said as he offers his hand for a shake.

"It is my honor to be one of your students' sir." I said.

I take his hand and shake it while bowing to show my respect. I let go of his hand and look at Sofia.

"Based on your uniform you are under him?" I asked.

"Yeah, I am one of the Gryffindors. How about you Sofia where is your uniform?" Sofia asked.

"Aaaah! CRAP! I forgot I am late for the opening ceremony I should better get hurry." I  exclaimed.

I was about to run when Sofia hold my wrist to stop me.

"Jin the ceremony was already done 5 minutes ago already." Sofia said.

"Why is it so fast?" I asked.

"Well we are only  9 new students so the ceremony ended pretty fast" Sofia explained.

"That is not good news." Professor Harry said.

"Why is it really that important to be there?" I asked.

"Well it is not compulsory but it has been already a tradition to our school. It is somehow giving respect and honor." He said.

"Oh my, what should I do now." I said as I starts to get worried.

"Don't worry sweety this happen before in my time it's not really a big deal. Shall we go to Ms. Sarah and have you get predicted." He smiled.
