The Secret

Jk's POV 

While the others were sleeping, I went for a walk to cool my mind.

"The night is so quiet." I said to myself.

Afterward, I didn't notice I end up walking at the site where the crater is. I stop and stare at it for a while.

"You really overdone it this time" I said as I felt V was walking towards me.

"How do you know it's me?" He asked.

"Well, you are the only one I know who can do this." I answered.

"You really know me well." V said with a smile.

He stops beside me and stares at the crater.

"You should have never done that." I said.

I heard him scoffing before he answered.

"Come on,  you too? Are you going to give me a good beating as well?  He said.

I smile as I find it funny.

"Nah! Jin already has done enough." I replied.

"Yeah, she is maybe petite but her punches are really heavy." He said while rubbing his cheeks.

"Well, you deserve it." I said.

"You're so mean." He said while pouting.

"Does it hurt?" I asked.

"Not really, between the two of us, I think Jin was the one in pain." He answered.

"I didn't expect her to cry. She is a brave girl, she is not the type who cries easily." I said.

"Yeah, she reminded me of auntie." He said.

"If my mom was still alive those two will get along pretty well." I answered.

"I'm sorry if I break our promise." He said softly.

"It's ok, I know you wouldn't do something stupid for no good reason."
I said before looking at him.

"But V don't do that ever again." I added.

V smiles but I think he is just faking it.
"I'm sorry Jk, this time I can no longer promise you that it won't happen again."

"But V the cursed spirit inside you are putting too much stress on your body. " I reason out.

"Are you still worried I might end up like auntie?" He asked.

His question made me remember my painful past with my mother.

I unconsciously shouted at V. "STOP!  it's already in the past!" 

"I'm sorry." I said.

"Jk," He said with a worried face.

"I'm so pathetic. Ever since after that accident between senpai, I feel I'm losing myself again." 

I answered while smiling from the pain I feel in my chest.

"Jk, it's not your fault. " V replied.

"No V! We both know I was the reason why my father has to kill my mother and he also died." I respond.

"Jk!" He shouted.

**Flashback**

I was in the middle of picking flowers when suddenly a familiar voice was called my name. I turn around to see who it was.
