KING JUNGKOOK

Somehow I felt relieve after made the queen dowager retired from the conference meeting. She have heard more than enough about the politicians affair, I believe she should stop interfering from now on.

"Your highness, the queen is waiting for you at the chamber." Head eunuch says.

I walk up to my chamber, feeling excited to meet her after a long day. I saw the queen is standing at the door waiting I see.

"Why you're still up?" I greet.

She turns and start to skipping toward me "aigoo my wise King. I've heard your meeting. Good work, good work. I'm so proud of you."

She cling onto my arm while chuckling "we should have a drink tonight."

We entering our chamber until suddenly she stops making me turn to her. Slowly she start to collapse as I rush to her and support her from hitting the ground. "My queen!"

She hasn't conscious, the court lady Choi rush to find the royal physician. "My queen, what happen? Wake up." I try to wake her as I start to sweat in cold from the panic and worry.

I bring her to the mattress, Kim Tae touches her pulse on the wrist. "No pulse your majesty..."

What?! "Where's the physician?!" I yell. Right a few second later, the physician enter our chamber. The queen skin begin to pale as the physician is doing his job.

"The queen is in her vegetative condition where she's showing no reaction like a vegetable. We should check if she's taking a poison or not." He tells.

"Poison? How...? What the queen eat today?" I ask the court lady, Choi.

The court lady kneel bowing "she just have a soup of meat and rice, with mangosteen as the dessert your majesty."

"Do whatever you can to save her now! It's a command." I groan in worry.

Suddenly, Kim Seok who's a special force guard of mine enter the chamber. "Your majesty, grand queen dowager caught queen dowager in making a dark ritual. We believe, she put a curse against the queen. I've captured the talisman and waiting for your order."

"Make her conscious by now. I'm going to end that queen dowager by myself." I rush walking toward the queen dowager chamber.

*TIME SKIPS*

As soon I arrive there, a royal guard of grand queen dowager have point his swords against the throat of the talisman.

"This is treason against the queen! How dare you!" I yell.

The talisman begged "please spare me your majesty. I just follow orders, I didn't know why."

"Shut it, tell me how to break the curse, then I'll spare you. I will punish the queen dowager by myself." I tell.

"Burn the hex into the fire and pray in a deepest heart why she need to rise and alive again." She tells as I signal the guard to bring the talisman to prison.

But the queen dowager laugh out loud, I furrowed "you can't arrest me like that your majesty. What if the people and our minister find out? Do they have faith against their ruler if they find out the royal family have become chaos?! Should I suggest the people to dethrone your royalty?"

I smirk "ah that's one of your plan? I see, then let's do this. You will be command to not going outside from this chamber from now on. No outsider can meet you as well. Your door and window will be sealed. I will put my guard around you, if your right man dare to barge and save you. I will slay you by my own sword. No mercy at all like how you did..."
