—Day 277—
While visiting a world on a mission, Roxas and Kirihax met the always cryptic Cheshire Cat. Before disappearing, the Cheshire Cat responded to Roxas and Kirihax's questions by saying that they must follow their hearts and decide what to believe in. Would having a heart resolve everything, including Xion's predicament? Roxas and Kirihax was left pondering over what they could believe in when they doesn't possess hearts. Roxas, Kirihax and Axel continued their search for Xion.
—Day 296—
"It's no use," Roxas said as he, Kirihax and Axel arrived at the clock tower of Twilight Town.
"You sure you two are not forgetting some place?" Axel asked.
"We've been everywhere we know how to get to," Kirihax groaned.
"Alright..." Axel sighed as he sits down.
Roxas looked at Kirihax. "The only place we haven't been to is Castle Oblivion."
"Oh yeah," Kirihax said as Axel heard what she and Roxas are saying. "It was just the other day that Xion was asking Axel what the place was like. And the day before she disappeared, he said she was put on an important mission."
Axel nodded. "Yeah... But there's nothing there anymore."
"Well, Xion might be there," Roxas said.
"My thoughts exactly," Kirihax said. "I'm guessing that she must've followed you to Castle Oblivion behind our backs, Axel."
Axel sighed and decided to tell Roxas and Kirihax the truth. "Apparently...Xion comes from Castle Oblivion."
"What?" Roxas and Kirihax were shocked.
"That's probably why she was asking about the place," Axel told the two.
"Axel..." Kirihax frowned.
"We had no idea..." Roxas said.
"Me neither," Axel nodded. "I only found out a little while ago."
"Castle Oblivion..." Kirihax muttered.
"Xion..." Roxas frowned.
—Day 297—
Roxas, Kirihax and Axel had arrived at Castle Oblivion. "So, this is Castle Oblivion..." Roxas said.
Kirihax nodded as she and Roxas looked around. "It's pretty quiet here."
Soon... Axel saw Roxas and Kirihax starting to have a lot of pain. "Roxas!? Kirihax!?"
"My...my head!" Roxas groaned.
"Easy, guys!" Axel said as he helps Roxas and Kirihax up. "Let's retreat for now and—"
"We're fine!" Kirihax said. "We have to...find Xion..."
"Wh...what's happening?" Roxas said as he and Kirihax fell to their knees.
"Roxas! Kirihax!" Axel cried.
"So much...rushing into...my head..." Roxas groaned in pain.
"Mine too..." Kirihax groaned.
Axel carried Roxas and Kirihax. "Let's get out of here for now!"
Roxas groaned. "No, wait..."
"There's...something...we can...almost..." Kirihax groaned as she and Roxas were carried by Axel into the dark corridor.
Soon...Riku's voice was heard. "Giving up already? I thought you were stronger than that."
Roxas and Kirihax woke up at the Side Street in Twilight Town. "Riku!"
