Personality: Allie isn't someone that likes to get close to people like her older brother Shoto. She likes to be on her own but if she gets close to someone, she would open up and show off her playful and fun side. She is also very close to Shoto and would do anything to help him out. Just like her brother, she hates their father. She does love her mother but she hated her for hurting her older brother
Quirk Name: Cold
Quirk: The user can make a trail of ice and freeze whoever is in its tracks. The user can shoot a projectile of ice shards and if it penetrates the target, it freezes them upon impact. They can even breathe out and expel ice onto whatever the target is, living or nonliving
Quirk Drawback: If the user is not wearing warm clothes, they can succumb to hypothermia and freeze to death. Even if the user is using too much of their quirk, their body temperature will decrease get very cold and become an icicle if they use it too much. The only way they can get ride of the ice that surrounds them is to put them somewhere very hot until the ice melts completely.
