Personality: When there is no threat, Kamatsu is laid back with certain people. With her brother, she doesn't talk to him often unless it was necessary. With Rukia, she was close to her and would do anything to protect her. Even though she gave her power to Ichigo, that didn't change the fact that she loved Rukia as if she was her own sister. With some Captains, she is laid back but with the ones she doesn't like all that well, she just doesn't talk to them that much. She would talk to them but only if they talk to her first or if it's an emergency. Overall, she's not that strict or rude but she can be when someone gets on her nerves or make her angry

Background: Kamatsu was raised just like her brother, Byakuya. She has been around him, even after Hisana died even though they weren't that close. Before Aizen died, she was in the third seat in Squad 5. But after Aizen's "death," she understood that Hinamori was in charge. But when everyone found out that Aizen was alive, she was surprised and became the Captain when he killed Hinamori. She was upset as she was close to the girl and enjoyed her presence. When she became the Captain of Squad 5, she promised herself that she would do everything that she could to bring down Aizen, Gin, and the other traitors.
