"What about Void benders?"
"They can bend everything." I stared at my uncle in shock. "A void bender is the most powerful bender ever known ... if they existed."
I wanted to ask uncle a hundred more questions. I thought the Avatar was the most powerful bender? Why aren't these nations on our maps? And most importantly, why does nobody seem to know about their existence?
Before I could ask more questions my uncle started speaking again.
"I wanted to show you this map because you asked if there was any other place your mother could be. Here you have the answer."

✹ Zuko's p.o.v. ✹
I looked at the old map sitting in front of me on the table and traced my fingers over the unknown pieces of land. "Where do I start looking for her?" I asked my uncle while looking at the huge sections of undiscovered land.
"This is where my knowledge ends Zuko, you will have to find her yourself." Uncle says while standing up from his chair.
"That's impossible! I don't even know where to start searching, these lands are unknown to me!"
"Ask your friends to tag along prince Zuko, I'm sure they're willing to help you!" Uncle answered calmly.
"This way it'll take me years to even find a single trace of my mother!" I started thinking of other possibilities instead of just going from village to village, hoping someone recognizes her. "What about a void bender?" I asked my uncle. "They would be able to help me!"
"Zuko, how many times do I have to tell you that they don't exist!" I can see my uncle getting frustrated with me, but I won't give up.
"How can you be so sure that they don't exist, there must have been legit proof of their existence! Why else would you have wasted so much time looking for one!?" I started to raise my voice. He is hiding something from me. But the question is why, why is he hiding something from me? Is he protecting someone or does he just not want me to find my mother?
"Zuko drop it. I'm going to take a walk, you're welcome again in my chambers when you've calmed down." And with that, he walked out of the room and into the hallway.
"Fine! Walk away, I don't need your help!" I yelled angrily.
I grabbed the map from the table and walked out of the room. I tell my staff to get the boat ready to sail next thing in the morning. I'm packing all the essentials for the trip and writing my uncle a note. Before I leave I'll put this under his door.
I need answers as soon as possible and hopefully my friends want to help me get those answers. Maybe, just maybe, they know where to find a void bender.
