     "Have you found her? Its been days yet still no news about her?!" Adrian shouted at his assistant.

     He was anxious. The person that was always on his beck and call went missing just like that. He was so used to her existence thinking that she will always be there but when she was missing without any news, he truly feel anxious.
 
   He has no way to analysed what he feel whether he was truly worried about her or because of her expertised in dealing with super hard works. He never met any other person that easily adapting to the extreme works. Either that or because of what Tasha gave him. He had his doubt and was planning to ask the girl when he met her. But suddenly, there was no news of her. Like she was vanish from the earth.

  Adrian remembers when she first enter the company as an interim CEO, he made things super hard for her. Not only he made her work like his attendant, he also simply dumped a lot of important work with a crazy time limit.

  Now that she was missing, he realised he truly doesn't know anything about her. The most crazy things was that he even doesn't know her phone number. So, when he asked the person incharge to call her, it was the woman with mechanical voice who answered the call.

EVERY!

SINGLE!

TIME! 

   Its made him so infuriated. Adrian already lost count for how many times that he called the girl. He was never a patient person but he felt like he spending all of his patient on this single girl. Not even Tasha.

  To say he missed her, that was underrated. He was more pressing on a very important document that needed Aislynn analytical expertised. So far, no one can top Aislynn's expertised in analytical skill.

  But to say he doesn't missed her, he sometimes look over her desk. Trying to picture the owner of the desk. Her smile, her concentration on documents, her papers flipping sound. When she was gone, he truly understand what a silent means.
 
  "Hey, whats wrong?" Adrian heard a voice from the door.

  He look up and saw his best friend, Jovian. He knew him since he was in high school. Jovian's parents moved from their country due to his father's nature of works. At first, they were like enemies. Adrian was a person who values his face and pride the most while Jovian was someone who will blurt out the most savage and brutal comments but laced with truth. He never met anyone that never care for his face.

   Adrian family was a powerhouse in T city but then their status never made their ways into Jovian eyes. They cannot stand each other until a single accident that almost cost their lives happened. After the accident, Adrian knew who was worthy to be his friend.

  "What happen bro?" Jovian asked for the second time seeing that his friend was in trance.

  "That... I was looking for that girl. You know her skills. I really in need of her right now."

  He irritatedly rubbed his face and grumbled loudly.

  'Where the hell was the girl?!'

  "Hey, I think I heard her news few weeks ago. Does that ring the bell?"

  "What do you mean?"

  "Two or three weeks ago, remember the incidents that happened on one of our sites where two person fell from third floor? One of the two person was the girl," Jovian study his friend's face.

  When the report came, they were having a meeting. It was supposed to be urgently deal with but yeah, there was the vixen.

  Just with a few sentences, Adrian followed her like a cow.

Jovian angrily snorted while looking at Adrian mockingly.

"Does the bell ring?"

  After a few moments searching his memories, yup, there was an urgent report on injuries on sites. He was supposed to be on the site immediately but...

  "Yeah but why was there was no follow up reports?"

  "Ask your lover then. But yeah since you are the dumb and stupid person who only care about the vixen, I already help you on the case. Apparently, the disputes happened because Aislynn went to the sites since she received a report on money laundering and poor materials usage. She stays there for almost a week and the evidences obtained was foolproof too. But her action angers the people who took the money. And long story short, she was almost violated and jump from third floor, suffered a few broken bones and a mild concussion while you happily strolling around accompanying your lover shopping."

  Adrian was overwhelm but yes, he remember that incidents. The lawyers was dispatched to deal with the case too. But he didn't knew that the person involved was the girl.

  "Why was no one told me about her?" Adrian look at Jovian accusingly.

  "Hey! Don't start with me okay. You were the one who was happily strolling around with the vixen since she came back and dumped all of your works to the girl. Did you thinks she's a robot? She was almost has no free time but there you are. Happily dating the vixen while she almost lost her innocents. What a great man you are."

  At first, Jovian also thought that Aislynn was a scheming girl. So he paid more attention to her so she wouldn't be able to fool his dumb friend. His strategy was not wrong but the person was wrong.

  The more he paid attention to Aislynn, the more he discovered that the girl was a treasure. If she was given enough chance, she will shine brightly. Her works was nicely done with almost no error.

  To achieved the so called result, what she doesn't sacrified? Her sleep time was cut until only three hours per day and when it was lunch time or any break time, she was alone having fruits or any kind of food that easy to eat while reviewing the works. Her only rest time was her three hours sleeping time.

  What choice does she had? She had to strictly manage her time so the works given was completed in the given time.

   Even he, a bystander feels so tired looking at her going around without any rest. But the person who gave the orders just sit and enjoys his life surrounded by the one he called love.

  "Even if you hate her, do you need to push her so hard? The so called inspection wasn't supposed to run by her a little girl but you, a man and a boss at that! Do you think that the people there won't hurt her? You're a cruel man you know?"

   He stumped.

   Did I pushed her really hard?

   Guilt started to surface in his heart. When he thought of the intensity of the jobs he gave her, he truly feels like a bastard.
