{A/N; in this SS (Short Story) juleka is sick so Marinette has a mask on when she enters the boat}

"Hello is anyone home?" Marinette asked as she knocked on the door of the boat "Jules? Here are today's notes from class, so you can copy them!" She said

"Come in, she's in her room asleep," Said Luka as he opened the door

"Ahsorrydidntmeantointerruptanythinghereismynotebookyoucangiveitbacktomelater!" I said blushing

"Don't worry you didn't interrupt anything, come in I just made cookies, and I have to wake up Jules in 15 minutes for her to take her medicine anyway," He said as I clumsily entered the boathouse in which they lived, Juleka, Luka, their mother Anarka, and soon their father jagged stone. The first minutes of sitting there were extremely awkward, and just when I was about to blurt the first sentence out the oven went off and Luka got up, and I started doodling some outfits since the inspiration had struck me seeing all of the posters they had around the living room.

"That's very pretty, but what if you add a lightning bolt in the waistline?" He said as I blushed in a bright red color, and shut my journal closed by the surprise

"Here are some cookies, right out of the oven," He said with a smile on his face

"Thanks," I said as I put my mask down to take a bite out of them "Mm! Tis is Dlicius," I said mouth half full and he giggled, we stood there staring at each other's eyes, not daring to move, afraid to break the delicate tension that was forming in the atmosphere, I felt as my cheeks became warmer, and I could see Luka's cheeks turn red as well.

"Are you guys sick as well? Did I spread it to you Marinette?" Juleka said as she entered the room half asleep, and saw us blushing at one another

"Don't worry Jules, I didn't get the flu," Marinette said "Here are today's notes," She said handing her the notebook

"Thanks," She said, and she entered the room again

"Well, I gotta go now!" I said breaking the silence

"Take a cookie for your way home," He said holding the plate out in front of me

"I rather take something else," I said and I kissed him, it was a quick one, but it didn't stop me from blushing up to the color of Nathaniel's hair, and that really red. I quickly got up and was almost outside when I felt something grab me and kiss me, I didn't hesitate and didn't pull back I never wanted it to end.

"Lukanette Forever," Juleka said as they both stared at each other red from embarrassment, and started laughing "And Don't forget, keep your mask on!" She said and fell asleep on the couch. Marinette and Luka giggled, their love story began right then and there.
