Recovery (Ch.4)

[Y/N's Pov]

Y/N: "Oww... My head."

Gohan: "You're finally awake!"

I looked at Gohan and found him staring at me in some different clothes. Slowly putting the pieces together after the battle. That great ape form is no joke.

Y/N: "So, we're in a hospital... Where are your Goku and Nappa?"

Gohan: "Um, beside you?"

Gohan pointed to the opposite side of the room. I wasn't even able to turn my head without screaming or being in pain and found both of them on a breather.

Y/N: "How long has it been since Vegeta attacked earth?"

Gohan: "Three days... More or less, my dad woke up a few hours ago."

Y/N: "Oh, good... How's Nappa?"

Gohan: "About that, Nappa has kind of been-"

Nappa: "Y/N! are you awake!?"

Nappa screamed out loud that I almost wanted to block my ears and soon regretted it. Moving so quickly made me groan in pain.

Y/N: "I'm here... And ow!"

Nappa: "Good, I was starting to get scared, kid. How do you feel?"

Y/N: "Like I took a Ki blast to the face and chest."

Nappa chuckled, making me chuckle as well. Finally, the door swung open, revealing Krilin, Bulma, Roshi, Ox king and Tarble.

Tarble: "You're awake!"

Y/N: "I'm in complete pain. But, yes... I'm awake."

Bulma: "I'm impressed; the doctors said you may be in a coma for a while. But three days. You Saiyans sure are durable."

Nappa: "Ha, that's true."

Everyone went silent as I chuckled.

Y/N: "Uncle. Maybe we should talk later. I feel... They want to talk about something."

Nappa nodded, and the group started to talk, mentioning how they wanted to bring back their friends. Mr Popo had appeared and brought Bulma back. She seen went off on a tangent, explaining how we could all fly out there in just a few short days of fixing the ship.

Y/N: "Yeah... The problem, I don't think I'll be up in a few days. So, we might need a different plan for us."

Bulma: "My father could make a ship for the three of you, even set up a gravity room and everything. Still, if we want to get our friends back. I suggest we leave as soon as possible."

Krillin: "Agreed."

Goku: "Man, I wish I could come to... Sounds like so much fun. Ow..."

Chichi: "Stop moving, Goku. Do you want the doctor to come in here again?"

Goku went silent.

Goku: "No... Chichi."

Bulma: "So, who's going to come with us?"

Tarble: "I am... I'm still indebted to all of you. For allowing us to stay on the planet and giving Nappa a second chance."

Nappa chimes.

Nappa: "Thank you."

Krillin gritted his teeth and nodded.

Krillin: "I'm going too; after all, these are our friends, and I'm not going to let them down."
