Standing in the gravity room with over one hundred and fifty times earth's gravity. I spun on my heel and focused my strikes, trying to be agile, imagining what Coolers would be. Then, taking a moment to let it all sink in, I watched Tarble as he held himself up, walking around the room placing one foot in front of the other.
Observing the digital clock on the wall, understanding that we'd been training for about an hour at this gravity. He hasn't been able to move much since I put the gravity up to a higher level. Walking over the machine, I was about to turn it off before he spoke up.
Tarble: "What... Are you doing?"
Y/N: "I thought we could take a break."
Tarble: "Did... Did Cooler take a break? When he tried to kill us!"
Silence consumed the room, forcing me to groan. Tarble's conviction was well placed, but... To suffer at this power level wouldn't do anything, only break his body. So, with a heavy heart, I turned off the gravity room. He sighed and plopped to the ground, exhausted. But that didn't change his mood as he sat up.
Tarble: "We're not done here."
Y/N: "For now, we are... Besides, I'm pretty sure it's not fair to Zucchi."
Tarble turned to the hatch outside and found Zucchi looking inside. She was silently staring at both of us; Tarble scoffed and gave in, standing up.
Tarble: "Fine... But we can't stop training."
I nodded, then watched Tarble disappear back into the ship while Zucchi stared up with me with a grin on her face. She'd gotten more involved with the training ever since Cooler's men tried to kill her. She was twenty-five times earth's gravity.
Y/N: "So what do you want to do for training Zucchi?"
Zucchi: "I want to learn to fly."
With a grin, I agreed to help, the first thing she wanted to learn. What a simple Ki blast, one that we'd been training for over two days now. She picked it up very fast, then again. I imagine it's thanks to the planet that she lived on. If she was born on earth, it would take her a while to control her Ki. Motioning where she should focus the Ki when she wants to fly.
I turned on the machine and watched her struggle to her feet, and slowly with concentration, started to float. Zucchi looked at me with glee, we were moving at a snail's pace when it came to flight, and now and again, she juts to the side too hard. Terrified of crashing into the ground, but it wasn't for too long as she started flying around the room without any help. Going faster and faster until I had to fly with her, just to make sure she didn't fall.
Within ten to twenty minutes passed before Zucchi descended to the ground, and then we got to the serious stuff. Training with Krillin had taught me the basic steps of strikes. When Zucchi's training was finally complete for the day, she sat down on the floor fatigued. But that didn't stop her from smiling pleased; she was getting into this more than I thought. Then it stopped, and I watched her look to the floor, fiddling with her fingers.
Zucchi: "How long are we going to stay here?"
Glancing out of the hatch, I stared at the lonely planet. This planet had nothing going for it. There was barely enough oxygen to breathe, let alone walk around for too long. Whatever happened here affected the planet in a way, I've never seen before. But, whatever happened. They were no longer here... Although we had thought to stay here for a few days, those days had turned into a month.
A month of serious training. There was nothing to eat on this planet, making me wonder how Saiyans survived this long.
Y/N: "Not long."
