(Note: I made these for class but I wanted to post it somewhere. Take my class work that I probably failed haha.)

Henry leaped from the diving board. As soon as his feet left the cold and slippery plastic all fear meant nothing now. Henry felt the air around him shift to make way for him. He knew exactly what to do. The team had practiced this over and over again. He shifted his weight forward to do the first flip. Time was moving like a slug. Barely going at all. He had just jumped from the diving board. He hoped this would impress the judges and bring home the gold metal. He would make everyone proud.

The three girls shoved him onto the floor. Before the brown haired boy could even stand they slammed the door of the closet, locking it, and trapping him inside. Henry's heart pounded and he began to hyperventilate. What if nobody else was in the school? It was the weekend and he had gone back in to grab something he had forgotten the day before. Henry couldn’t see anything around him as the closet had no windows. The only things he could see were himself and the faint outlines of boxes. Henry curled up in a ball and began to count to calm down. At 14 his breathing had finally slowed. He knew there had to be somebody in the school to help him. He would be ok. Right?
