Nora's POV
Max walked into our apartment. He had one of my arms and Alice had the other. They dragged me into the room and threw me onto the floor then left. Lynn stood up and looked at me, half expecting the body on the floor to be a dead one. I put my knees to my chest. My stomach felt like it was full of rocks. My throat felt like it was closing, refusing to give me air. My head felt like it was bouncing around in my skull. The pain was unlike any physical pain I've ever endured. It hurt more than any cut or any bruise. Lynn looked at me with pity. He walked over and kneeled beside me. He lifted my head onto his forelegs, and stroked my head. I was beginning to gasp for air, since i hadn't aloud any oxygen to come through my sobs. This was easily the hardest time in my life. I had become so static that I didn't leave my bed. I was starting to lose weight too, since i refused to eat. I didn't do anything but stare at my wall and cry. Lynn tried to help me. He took care of me. I knew I couldn't leave Lynn here in this world all alone. So I dealt with the pain and agony. It took me several months just to get back on my feet, but i was still not completely back to normal. I knew I never would be. That was two months ago.

Lynn stepped into the room with a box of pizza. To his dismay I was crying. I wiped my tears and looked at him.
"What kind of pizza did you buy?" I asked
He looked at me with concern. I gave him an unconfident smile.
"Oh, uh, I bought Hawaiian."
I nodded then took a piece and turned on the TV.

Me and Lynn walked to school, did our daily school activities and began walking out of the school. We both were ready to go home and relax. Lynn and I opened the doors to the courtyard outside of our school. Nearly seconds after we stepped out a girl with a huge grin and bright red hair jumped in front of Lynn. Oh great.
"Hello baby brother." taunted the red head.
"What do you want Amber." replied Lynn
Amber, The Fire Child, didn't get along with Lynn, The Water Child, for obvious reasons. Oh great, if Amber was here that meant Terrance, The Earth Child, was also here. Again for obvious reasons we hate each other's guts. Lynn and Amber were centimetres away from each other, both pulling off an impressive scowl. They shot daggers at each other with there eyes. As if on cue Terrance jumped down from god knows where and pushed the two apart making them both stumble backwards.
"You guys are going to cause a scene," muttered Terrance, "and to answer your question, were here to brawl with our cute little siblings."
"You know it's not very sportsman like to declare war against someone who is obviously weaker than you." I replied
"Yes but you guys need to shape up, besides I think you could stand to learn how to use your manners Nora." Terrance said
Now it was an all out staring war me and Lynn against Amber and Terrance. After a crowd started to form around us, Terrance and Amber finally jerked back and said
"Meet us in the woods outside of town at 9:00, unless your too chicken." said Amber
And with that the fight was set.
